Beautiful holiday home rental in Loctudy on the south coast of Brittany. Comfortable house , very spacious and bright, for 8 people, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Lodonnec. 4 bedrooms, 2 sofas 2 bathrooms 2 toilets.
New furniture. Neat decoration. Calm neighborhood. garden with trees. Terrace facing south/south west, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, awning, deckchairs. 4 bicycles available. Wireless. Big screen TV, Hifii system.
Lodonnec beach, the most beautiful in Loctudy, is a 10-minute walk away or 3 minutes by bike.
It is exposed south/east, and therefore well sheltered from the prevailing winds and currents. Children can swim in it in complete safety.

Excellent stay and a great base for exploring this lovely region of Brittany.Hosts communication prior to visit was great and on arrival was very welcoming and helpfully showed us round the house.The house itself was brilliant, clean, spacious, very well equipped and in a quiet area within walking distance of beaches and a handy Crêperie.

Superb house and host

The house was as expected, fully equipped with everything you could hope for, very clean and well cared for. Well located in a rural setting, but not far from town and beaches, very quiet. The host Jean Pierre and his wife where most accommodating and very pleasant .

Perfect

Communication with owners was excellent from onset of booking. We were met at the house and given comprehensive local information. The house and garden were superb, the best equipped accommodation ever. Use of cycles was a bonus. We could not have been more satisfied and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfekt! Obwohl wir Ende September angereist sind, hat das Wetter mitgespielt: viel Sonne und um die 20 Grad. Die Strände haben uns immer wieder zu langen Spaziergängen eingeladen. Die Natur und natürlich der Ozean sind in Loctudy wunderschön. Die Lage der Wohnung war ca. 400 Meter vom Strand entfernt und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt.Joanna und Jacek

Superbe séjour dans une magnifique maison très bien agencée,le jardin l est tout autant. Les indications des propriétaires ( qui sont charmants) sont ultra précises.Rien à redire, si ce n'est que la semaine est passée trop vite .

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung

Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt. Sie haben uns wertvolle Informationen über die Region gegeben. Das Haus war super eingerichtet, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist klasse und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Wanderungen auf dem GR 34 (Zöllnerpfad), hier zeigte sich die atemberaubende Landschaft der Bretagne in vielfältiger Weise.

Une jolie maison fonctionnelle et pratique avec un très beau jardin fleuri

On a bien apprécié la maison et la région même si le temps n’était pas magnifique. Très joli jardin fleuri avec une table extérieure où on prenait nos repas avec le barbecue à côté. Les 4 vélos disponibles sont très pratiques dans cette ville avec peu de côtes. On a aussi apprécié l’accueil des charmants propriétaires.

Cette location à Loctudy est parfaite en tous points : belle maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée, bel environnement à 2 pas de la mer, proche du port et des commerces et idéalement situé pour découvrir ce beau Finistère Sud. Propriétaire s extrêmement agréables et attentionnés. Très bons souvenirs.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen ( 6 Personen). Das Haus liegt ruhig, hat einen großen Garten mit Liegestühlen. Es sind drei Strände in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable à vivre et très bien située.

Nous avons passé quinze jours de vacances très agréables et reposantes. Nous y étions avec vos enfants et petits enfants qui ont bien apprécié le grand jardin ensoleillé et les belles plages de sable blanc à proximité. La maison, très récente, proposait toutes les commodités pour un séjour harmonieux en famille. L'accueil par nos hôtes était parfait. Nous recommandons cette belle location.

Gemütliches Haus in Traumlage

das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, war tadellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders die große Terrasse haben wir viel benützt, womit wir Ende September/Anfang Oktober nicht gerechnet haben.
