About this property

Large, bright 60-square-meter loft with an outstanding ocean view

You will be charmed by our very bright loft which offers a magnificent view of the sea. You will only have to go 100 m to discover the beautiful beach of Caroual, and take the GR34 trails

The accommodation is not suitable for babies or children under 10 years old.


You will enjoy a very large open living room and you will be seduced by its Cocooning spirit.
Kitchen equipped to satisfy the most demanding gourmets with oven, microwave, toaster, classic coffee maker and Tassimo pod machine
Bathroom with large walk-in shower.
An ultra comfortable bed (160x200) on the loft side and a mezzanine bed (140x190) in our entrance room (on request)
Connected large screen TV.

Beds are made on arrival and towels and shower gel are provided

Basic and maintenance products are available to you
The end-of-stay cleaning will be done on your departure

Our loft is located on the ground floor of our holiday home which includes 2 independent apartments, with a very different entrance.

For the summer season, July and August, we only rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

In summer and winter, you will be seduced by the spectacle of the tides, the beauty of the sunsets, the walks on the GR34 customs paths with their breathtaking landscapes.

A perfect loft!!!

Nous étions vraiment super contents!! Marie-Joe et Daniel sont chaleureuxes et ont réagit tout de suit lors d‘un petit problem. L‘appartement contient tous dont on a besoin. La douche est extra! Également le vue sur la mer qui est tout prêt. Merci à Marie-Jo et Daniel!!!!!!

Loft très lumineux avec magnifique vue à deux pas de la mer propriétaire charmante et très agréable attentionnée. Bref que du positif. Recommande les yeux fermés.

Appartement très sympa avec magnifique vue. Très bien équipé, belle terrasse. Literie de qualité. Location en tous points conforme au descriptif initial. Propriétaire très accueillante.
