The apartment is located in Villajoyosa, across from Paraiso Beach in the residential complex "El Jardín," at Partida Paraiso No. 9, in a quiet and peaceful residential area of Villajoyosa, less than a 30-minute drive from Alicante Airport.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible, having been designed with this in mind.
Air conditioning provides heating and cooling in both bedrooms and the living room.
It’s an ideal place for a family holiday with one or two children or for groups of friends.
The apartment features a dining room connected to the living room, a well-equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, dishes, glasses, and a blender.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels, shower gel, soap, and toothpaste) and a large glass-enclosed balcony offering a magnificent panoramic view of the beach all the way to the private pool in the residential area; the beach is about 100 metres from the apartment. A separate toilet and a sink.
The bedrooms feature built-in closets where you can store your clothes and personal belongings (several sets of bed linens included).

The resort is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Europe, near Villajoyosa, Benidorm, and Alicante.
Rain is a rare occurrence, and the climate is mild, thanks to its location between the mountains and the coast. This is an area where the temperature is pleasant from October through the end of April.
The beach features both sand and pebbles; it is long and slopes gently into the water. You can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas, which are available everywhere at a fair price.
The beach bars serve paella, tapas, sangria, and many other delicacies.
