Spacious cozy high end home

Perfect for our family. Lovely spacious home with huge kitchen, comfy high end furniture. Location was very good. Walk about 150 feet across the street to Right-O-Way catwalk to begin skiing. Vacasa shuttle to town was fast and super convenient. One request would be sponges and dish liquid in kitchen to help with dishes, and a few basic cooking things like salt/pepper and oil.

Family Summer Trip

Our family of 5 thoroughly loved our stay here. We range in height from 5'9" to 6'7" so really appreciated the space and vaulted ceilings. We couldn't hear noise from the main room to the bedrooms. The number of beds and bathrooms was really great. The quality of the building, furniture, amenities was really nice. The property manager Max was so nice and accommodating. Walking distance to the community area/gondola area was great. I would definitely stay here again. It could accommodate to smaller families as there are 4 twin beds in loft with its own bathroom. Love that this unit had it's own washer/dryer.

Overall positive experience. The property could use some tweaking, remove damaged humidifier and ensure remaining ones work, alert guests that there are two flights of rather narrow stairs and no elevator, a welcome book of services would be nice, toaster not fully functioning, provide DISH access code, provide hair drier and a few more towels. On the more positive side and importantly the unit was clean, spacious, with views of the mountain and a good location.

Awesome Condo

We’ve stayed in numerous condos over the years and this was by far our families favorite. The location can’t be beat - it’s right behind TBar and Slopeside Grill. The view from the living room is stunning and the furniture was extremely well taken care of and comfortable. The loft was a huge favorite of my teen sons but should note that it’s no longer 2 twin beds and instead 1 queen (maybe king). This would have been problematic had someone in our party not bailed. There are a lot of stairs but there’s a ramp right by the ski lockers so it reduces a whole flight of stairs. There are wagons by the office to help bring stuff from cars. There is also no laundry In the condo but the complex laundry room is right next to the office and really easy to go back and forth. The office takes great care of the complex and we’re always our first thing shoveling snow and snow blowing. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

We loved the spaciousness of this condo. The condo is lovely with a cowboy theme. The king beds were comfortable and sleeping with the windows open and hearing the stream made for restful sleep. Easy check in/out. It was a great spot to vacation, explore and relax.

Great convenient place!

This property was really great and just perfect for our stay! It has the most comfy couch, too. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. The loft room upstairs gave them an extra place to go and one of them to sleep. There is no A/C which was communicated, but I forgot - do not let that deter you, we are from GA and we don’t really understand life without A/C. Evenings were nice and cool - the days we were there were warm. The gal at check in was super helpful and sweet. No elevator from parking garage to this unit - we had overpacked and had lots to carry in - again, not a problem or a complaint- just something to be aware of. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

A Hidden Gem

This was our second time at Kutuk and it was even better than the first time. We noticed some really nice updates in Kutuk 202. It was very clean with great amenities and no odd smells, which is hard to find within rental properties these days. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful regarding my questions about laundry (which was free!) and the hot springs. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire place almost every day. Our favorite thing was the close proximity the village, restaurants, and ability to truly ski in and out with ease. The trail off the slopes that leads to about 50 feet from the Kutuk was incredibly nice. Great place. Plan to be back next year.

A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Kutuk very much this ski season! I was concerned about the comfort of the mattress on the pull out sofa bed in the loft area, but the team at this resort had a new mattress on the sofa bed when we arrived! Our unit (202) was beautiful and clean when we arrived! We enjoyed the hot tubs and cooked on the grills located in the common area with beautiful views of the ski slopes! We have vacationed in Steamboat every 2-3 years for 20 plus years. We have stayed at Kutuk the last few vacations and continue to be pleased by the accommodations as well as the location of the resort! Just a short walk to the slopes! We look forward to returning in the future!
