Très belle maison à Aytré. Très bien située dans une rue avec boulangerie, primeur et caviste. Boucher et u express accessible à pied.Très beau jardin.Table de ping pong très appréciable.Nous étions en famille, de 3 ans à 86 ans et cette maison est très adaptée.

Excellent week-end passé entre amis dans la maison de Philippe dans impasse bien calme et clos de murs. Chambres confortables et espace de vie très convivial. Grande ouverture sur le jardin appréciable même en novembre. Cuisine bien équipée, à refaire sans hésiter !

Nous avons apprécié cet hébergement à Aytré et plus particulièrement l'espace et surtout la luminosité. Les enfants ont utilisé le trampoline avec bonheur et les adultes ,la table de ping-pong. La maison est idéalement située dans le village d'Aytré, mitoyenne avec un parc bien équipé en jeux d'enfants, face à une boulangerie excellente, un primeur en partie bio, bien fourni en produits frais et locaux et un caviste...La literie est parfaite.

Super séjour entre amis à proximité de La Rochelle

La maison est top pour un séjour entre amis : grande, propre, bien équipée, avec un grand jardin et des jeux d'extérieur (ping pong, babyfoot, trampoline). Super pour un séjour au calme à proximité de La Rochelle. Grand parking sur place très pratique, commerces à proximité et propriétaires très réactifs et arrangeants. Je recommande !

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Très belle maison,très bien équipée, literie impeccable. Le jardin, le trampoline, et le garage ont fait le bonheur des enfants ! La communication avec Philippe a été impeccable. La jeune fille qui nous accueillis était très aimable et efficace. La plage est accessible en voiture, commerces de proximité accessibles à pied.
