CHRISTMAS SHORT STAY OF DEC 21-26 JUST CAME AVAILABLE. Cayman is open! Join us at Azure Breeze Villas. Frank & Del welcome you to our villa#5 at Azure Breeze Villas. Snorkel right outside your villa on the quieter north side of Grand Cayman - where you will enjoy cooling sea breezes and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the ocean. No traffic jams, just the gentle sound of the waves breaking on the reef to lull you to sleep. Morning coffee on the lanai is the perfect way to start the day!

Free cable TV, WiFi connection for your laptop, DVD player, and large supermarket 20 minutes away in Countryside Shopping Centre, half a dozen great restaurants (2 - 10 minutes away), famous Rum Point lunch/beach bar with Red Sail Sport's diving/snorkeling/stingray city trips/wave runner rental (7 minutes), convenience store (2 minutes), Queen Elizabeth botanic park (5 minutes - the colored gardens and the blue iguana breeding programme are well worth the entry). One of the very best properties on the north side

This is a beautiful property with a really nice beach access to good snorkeling. It is well maintained and really I don’t think we could have done a lot better. The owners are very friendly and helpful if we come back to Grand Cayman, we’ll stay there again. 100% Happy

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. Everything worked and we had no issues. The location is peaceful and calming. I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee and walking direclty out on the beach. We had a great vacation.

A-mazing!

Photos of the property, the beauty right out the patio door, do NOT do the villa justice! Beautiful white sand beach. Most amazing snorkeling steps away! Sunshine and serene! Mr. McGill is a wonderful host, and appreciate our time at the Breeze Villa.

Azure Breeze Villas

We had a wounderful time staying at Azure Breeze Villas. Frank was so helpful on giving us information about cayman island. It is such a gorgeous place. They place was clean and lots of snokal gear there for us.. we injoyed snirking just in front of the house. I would rate it 5 stars and would definitely come back. The White family

Frank & Del McGill have been traveling to the Cayman Islands for over thirty years. They so enjoyed it that they bought this villa back in 2009 and now split time between Gilroy, CA and Azure Breeze Villas in Grand Cayman.

Why they chose this property

Azure Breeze Villas was the perfect location on the Northside right on the beach. Far enough away from the crowds of George Town and Seven Mile beach, but close enough to everything to be able to enjoy whatever we wanted. Azure Breeze Villas are the perfect "Tropical Island Getaway"
