About this property

BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLA LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

Located directly on the sparkling Caribbean Sea, our home is located in quintessential North Side, Grand Cayman. Our property was purchased in late 2019 and was completely renovated in 2020 including all new beds and linen.
Our Villa has breathtaking panoramic Caribbean Sea with beach front views from both the ground floor living area, as well as from the expansive master bedroom and adjoining balcony. Within literally just a few steps from the double sliding doors you will find yourself on the soft sandy beach with miles of crystal clear waters to explore teeming with healthy shallow coral reefs and an abundance of underwater marine life.
There is a private courtyard and side entry door, as well as outside dining on your oceanfront patio. Our Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Grand Cayman is an upscale, tax free, stable and safe island with the friendliest residents in the Caribbean. There is an excellent choice of casual oceanfront restaurants within 2 - 10 minutes from the villa. These include Rum Point, the Kaibo Beach Bar, Over The Edge and Tukka.
For scuba divers, Grand Cayman offers world class wall and reef dives with several beach entry dives in the area. There are an abundance of local dive operators should you wish to explore locations beyond shore dives.
Other activities include touring the Stingray City, Starfish Point, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, hiking and bird watching on the Mastic Trail, the Blowholes, Underwater Submarine tours, the Turtle Farm, Hell, and Duty Free shopping in George Town.
We have also placed two yoga matts in the Master Bedroom for your use.

We had an amazing five-night stay in the Cayman Islands! The villa was absolutely perfect for family of five. It’s right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up just steps from the water made the experience unforgettable.The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We spent our days swimming, enjoying the beach, and exploring the island, and it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway in the north part of Grand Cayman. We found this home well furnished and in great condition. Included in cabinets we found salt, pepper, soy sauce, cumin, basil, Montreal seasoning, thyme, lemon pepper, baking soda, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Sweet n low, salsa, maple syrup, coffee filters, aluminum foil, insect repellant, and sun screen.

The house was lovely, clean and well cared for. Disappointed that the showers weren’t functional. Also disappointed with the swimming as was quite weedy and very uneven but we still got in and got wet. Very quit location which was nice.

This was a beautiful property. It is exactly like the listing! While you may not be in downtown Georgetown, that doesn't matter... Driving is a bit challenging, but only for the roundabouts and arerelatively quick... The kayaking was fun.The water was gorgeous. The only issue I would say was that when using the dryer, don't put anything with straps in, as it tended to get caught in a certain area of the dryer and damage a couple items of clothing... That wasn't a major problem, it's just a heads up for future use..Chisolm's down the road was great for groceries here and there.. Over the Edge Restaurant down the road was also wonderful! Robert responded very quickly when we had a couple questions as well...Overall , a wonderful experience. Thanks Robert and Nicola..

Six of us had a great stay. It was awesome being right on the beach. It was windy during our stay, so the snorkeling was not excellent as the waves were affecting the visibility. Water shoes are recommended to help you navigate the first five feet before the sea grass when entering the ocean. House was clean and perfect for our needs over the seven nights that we stayed.

Robert’s place was beautiful and he was very quick to respond! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t hold up the way we wanted so we weren’t able to enjoy some of the amenities. If the wind faced another direction, the water would have been perfect for snorkelling! The house was well stocked with almost everything you would need and the grocery store isn’t far down the road for the rest. The chickens and roosters quickly became a highlight of the trip! Starfish beach became our go-to and we enjoyed walking to Over the Edge Cafe! We would definitely go back!

Great home with open access to water

Perfect stay with everything you need to rest and/or dine at home. Beach is very nice with no limestone barrier into the water, so shoes are not required.

This place was incredible. Everything was so clean and neat. The location was ideal as we enjoy being away from the crowds! Super relaxing but still fairly close to grocery and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip back to Grand Cayman.

Enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Loved the view! We snorkeled right off the beach (bring water shoes, it is rocky). I would recommend replacing the sofa as it had a big flattened area right in the middle which made it quite uncomfortable to sit to enjoy the view.

Everything was as listed. The house was in a great spot. Beautiful setting right on the beach. North side of the island is much less congested with tourists. Awesome place if you want to get away and decompress.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at our villa. Perfect location for a small family or couples. Very easy check in. Great communication from start to finish!! Definitely rent a car so you can get to restaurants and explore the beaches!! Ten minutes from Rum Pointe, which we loved!!
