This top floor corner condo has been beautifully renovated with an upscale contemporary beach feel with no traffic from above and away from the elevators for the ultimate in quiet and privacy! This lovely abode offers fabulous sixth-floor views from the private balcony that also comes equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the waves. The kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, fine countertops, custom tile backsplash, and has everything you need to make a delightful family meal. The living area has vibrant jewel tone accents, white cottage furniture, a nice large dining table for six, beautiful ceramic tiled floors, and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a sunny beach cottage decor with bright accents, a king bed, white cottage furnishings, and tiled floors. The guest bedroom has fun sea life decor, with two double beds, and tiled floors. With free WiFi, three TVs, three DVDs, and a CD stereo system, you will thoroughly enjoy this Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Additionally, guests who book this unique retreat can take advantage of the resort's sparkling shared pool, fitness center, game room, and tennis court.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
