This beautifully-upgraded getaway has an elegant contemporary feel and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the ideal pool view from the fourth-floor balcony. Yes, you and your friends will have access to that shared pool. The kitchen is beautifully-renovated with upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, rich red color accent, custom tile work, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room includes a neutral-toned Laura Ashley style blue sofa bed and loveseat, beautiful crown molding throughout, upscale Travertine tile flooring, a country-style dining table for six, a magnificently large TV, a DVD, a CD stereo system, and access to the Gulf side balcony. The main bedroom has a calm and cool decor with palm accents, a TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The guest bedroom has a happy bright beach theme, with two nice full beds, a TV, a DVD player, and carpeted floor.
This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
