250 m from the beach, this mezzanine studio is ideal for 2 people. Small pets are welcome. Non-smoking accommodation. Free parking.

The kitchen-living room has an open plan kitchen (2 ceramic hobs and hood, top fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, wine cellar, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with bar and high stools, a sofa-bed (130x190), a flat screen TV and storage space.
The bathroom with WC is equipped with a bath, a washbasin and a towel dryer.

The mezzanine (fairly low ceiling) has a big matress on the floor (140x190) and a TV.

The stairs are quite steep.

Mythical, the wide beach of Les Chalets will make you go into "holiday" and conviviality mode, with its nautical pole where you can try kite-surfing, its famous restaurant or at the other end of the beach of Les Chalets, the "Perle" where you can enjoy a plate of shellfish just out of the water while admiring the panoramic view of the Sea and the Massif de la Clape.

Cela aurait pu être beaucoup mieux

Une mezzanine ou l on accède à quatre pattes sans climatisation avec un passage important de voitures mais surtout la nuit où des vacanciers circulent avec un brouhaha important bref !!! Mis à part la proximité de la mer et la vue magnifique sans climatisation pour être au calme fenêtre fermées je n y retournerai pas et le déconseillerai sur rien est fait pour mieux respirer et dormir ( a savoir que l on a dormi avec fenêtre et porte d entrée ouverte pour faire passer un peu d’air et le tout sur un clic clac peu. Confortable av vu de l accès mezzanine et la chaleur qu il y faisait ) merci
