Cellar with washing machine, dryer, 2nd refrigerator and freezer. Private land of 2000m2 around the house, possibility of parking several vehicles.
Immediate proximity to the Océane beach, the forest, access to the cycle path.
Close to downtown Verdon-sur-Mer with shops including Leclerc hypermarket.
Quiet neighborhood. WIFI access, linens provided.
