Grande PISCINE chauffée (25m x 12m (semi-olympique)) dans un écrin de verdure (rénovée en 2023) + bains de soleil et parasols.
A 3km (soit 5/6 minutes en voiture) des PLAGES (LA NAPOULE, MANDELIEU ou THEOULE-SUR-MER (Accès par chemin privée))
Et à 8km du centre de CANNES.
Très belles randonnées à faire dans l'Estérel...
Location pour 2 pers de 33m2 (très soignée) avec vue sur l'Estérel,
+ Terrasse 20m2 avec Salon de jardin, table et chaises, store + Petit jardin privé.
Grande baie vitrée, très lumineux, Canapé, table salon/ou repas à hauteur réglable.
Cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour (rénovée janvier 202
4), réfrigérateur-congélateur, plaque-induction, petit four, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, toaster, vaisselle.
Côté chambre - lit 2 personnes - très bonne literie.
Salle d'eau (douche et lavabo) + WC indépendant.
Draps fournis. (Si besoin, serviettes de toilette et torchons 8€ par personne)
Parking sécurisé.
