Nicely decorated, with everything you need to make it comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and also new nearby restaurants (PennePazze, homemade pasta). Covered parking was nice and pool was refreshing and clean. I would stay again. Thank you!

Communication with Kim was easy and effective. We had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed the cozy condo on the river. Walking to the bars on Broadway was safe and easy for us. This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats.The location is great easy ride to down town. If you want to stay in Nashville this place is perfect! Just off the main strip with a super quick Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. The host Kim was amazing and very responsive. We had zero issues here and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Kim!!

Great location just would have liked more kitchen items as we cook a lot. Needed a dish for the oven and a very non plastic items but we understand most people don’t cook on vacation. Over all I would rent it again!

Kim's property is a real hidden gem in Nashville. It's got riverside views, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and everything you could possibly need (including a choice of hairdryers and styling tools!). We had coffee on the balcony in the mornings and saw a couple of cute groundhogs foraging around. Communication with Kim was spot on. She allowed us to check in early without hesitation when we realised we hadn't accounted for a time zone change while travelling. We walked to the city centre in about 15-20 mins. We also took advantage of the communal (but quite fancy!) laundry facilities at the end of the apartment complex. Loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Kim!

Perfect Nashville Getaway!This property was the perfect place for our stay! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a fun Nashville vibe. After spending the day and evening enjoying Broadway, it was the ideal place to come back and relax.One of our favorite features was having morning coffee on the balcony while overlooking the Cumberland River. The location was excellent, and it was incredibly easy to get an Uber, Lyft, or Waymo to and from all the local attractions. We also enjoyed a fantastic night out at the Grand Ole Opry, which was a highlight of our trip and just added to the overall Nashville experience.Kim was a fantastic host. She checked in to make sure everything was going well and was more than accommodating whenever we had questions or needed anything.We absolutely recommend this gem of a place to anyone visiting Nashville and would happily stay here again on our next trip!
