The 3-star furnished tourist apartment is located in a recent (2009) and secure residence, located in a very popular area of the city in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches and the city centre, close to all shops. Everything is within walking distance.<br> On the 2nd floor with lift, it has a beautiful furnished terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs, a plancha is at your disposal), a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160/200, 2 beds 90/200, sheets provided), bathroom (linen provided), separate toilet. The apartment offers all the comforts: 2 televisions, orange box, wifi, CD and DVD players, column fans From all rooms you will enjoy the view of the Ajaccio golf course from Porticcio to Capo Muro. The beach at the bottom of the building offers you the view of the Sanguinaires Islands. Private parking space.<br>Linen provided and included in the price (bedding, 1 shower towel + 1 towel per person, bathroom mat, tea towels) <br>Mandatory cleaning to be paid to the agent: 60€ <br>Security deposit in check to be given to the agent when the keys are handed over: 700€ (handed over/or torn with a photo 3 weeks after departure) <br><br>Ajaccio is the starting point for multiple excursions to discover the South of Corsica (Porto, Piana, Scandola reserve, Bonifacio: sea excursions possible) as well as the Centre-Corsica (Corte: a train connects Ajaccio to Corte). Un véritable havre de paix à 10 minutes à pieds du Trottel et 35 minutes de la Vieille Ville ...A 5-10 minutes du Spar, du Casino supermarché, de la boulangerie, de la librairie de la Résidence des Iles et du maître rotissier Alain ...Des moments privilégiés dans les paillotes Trottel Beach, Neptune et Macumba ... Endroit superbe, merveilleux

Pour la location , il faudrait signaler que cela ne s’adresse pas à tous sauf voiture, mais montée très raide pour y arriver Vacances geniales rien à dire de spécial sinon que les Corses nous accueillent nous les Belges

Appartement très agréable

Très belle situation avec vue sur mer. Petite plage au pied de l’appartement agréable et très peu fréquentée. Appartement relativement calme, frais et très bien équipé. Commerces essentiels à 5 min pied. À 10 min en voiture du centre d’Ajaccio. Personne disponible et arrangeante.

Très agréable séjour !

Appartement bien situé, très agréable et fonctionnel qui offre une superbe vue sur la mer. Un accueil chaleureux de Vicky qui nous a conseillé sur les activités possibles et offres de restauration dans les environs.

Agréable séjour

La réservation et l’accueil se sont très bien passés. L’appartement est décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel et sa terrasse avec vue sur mer est vraiment top pour passer de bons moments. Bon emplacement, centre ville d’Ajaccio accessible à pied pour ce qui aime se balader, plage de Trottel à 10mn à pied. Bref, un séjour plus qu’agréable
