This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Our stay was excellent besides the flooring partially cleaned but we found the broom and took care of it also the guest next door in room 319 was constantly moving of furniture all hours of the night and early mornings was ridiculous but overall the location was on point we will definitely be coming back and renting again if there’s availability

Great location with beautiful view. Raliegh gave great tips on what to do. We rented a dingy right out of the marina to go to St. John’s beaches . It was a highlight.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was beautiful and safe. It was a short, steep walk to the beach and back but that just ensured a quiet peaceful stay away from the crowds. I would definitely recommend staying with Raleigh.

We were disappointed with our stay here. The host was completely unresponsive throughout our trip. The power was out for nearly our entire stay; while I understand the host doesn’t control the electric grid, we discovered these outages were publicly announced the week before we arrived and scheduled, yet the host never informed us.Because the unit has no backup generator, we were unable to use any of the amenities we paid for, making the stay very uncomfortable. The host ignored basic requests until time of check out, like for new batteries for the dead flashlight in the room. While the view is nice, I recommend staying somewhere with a backup generator and a responsive host.

This is simply not true. If you look at all the other reviews, I am very responsive and I responded every time the guest reached out. There were only a couple outages in your three day stay and they didn’t last very long. They don’t notify exactly when those outages occur. Fire village is also installing generators on property and they should be up and running in the next few weeks. We also brought new batteries the next morning, so that is also not truthful.

This room was absolutely perfect for my stay in St Thomas. It had everything I needed and was convenient to all the places I had to visit during my stay. A short walk to the beach, plenty of very good on site restaurants, nice pools, incredible views every day. As far as the room the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big TV, small kitchen with big frig, blender and Pod Coffee maker. I liked that they even supplied snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen lotion, bug spray, aloe and beach towels. It was so close to Red Hook where there was a bunch of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!

The condo was well stocked! He provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals with and included vegetable oil and seasonings. As my first time renting from Vrbo I wasn’t expecting to be this well taken care of. The condo is beautiful and smelled great every day of my trip. I appreciate the efforts Raleigh made for this condo as a first time visitor to this island. He is responsive at any hour any day, I would definitely recommend booking with him to anyone

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Why they chose this property

I spared no expense on this property. It has all new flooring inside and on the patio, granite countertops, backsplash and more. The bathroom was renovated as well with new sliding doors and toilet and floors. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, full-size fridge, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkeling gear and coolers. I have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

What makes this property unique

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is exquisitely appointed and very comfortable. We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and less than a mile from Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment.
