Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail all offer terrific hikes, and Fish Creek Falls, just five-and-a-half miles northeast, has spectacular hiking trails that lead to a 280-foot waterfall.

Great home!

We love the large common area and the fact that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. It was the perfect space for 6 people and was located close to downtown and the ski resort! We would totally stay here again.

The amenities were fine, hot tub was as hot tubs should be. Towels were an issue, not obvious where to get them. The property was on the older side, but nice. Kitchen a bit sparse, as compared to other "luxury" locations I have been to; tub in master BR was tight, and plug needed work. On the plus side, maintenance was right there to fix a leaky faucet when called.Shuttle was problematic, as it serves numerous properties and takes about 15 min to make a lap. Could walk to slopes quicker. Which leads to biggest negative: distance from village. The website and map make it look as if the base is "only steps away." Which is accurate if you don't put a number to it. That number (unscientifically) is about 250, which is a lot farther then expected, especially late in the day. But, the shuttle....Was a good last minute choice, and for size/dollars, was a great value. Car is a must if you want to eat out though.Unrelated comment: you are much much better off renting in the Village (e.g., Powder Sports) than at the Christy's down the road. Better choices, better service.All in all, a good trip becuase of the group, but not great.

Very Nice Condo, Good Location!

Condo exactly as advertised. Very clean with modern kitchen and living room space. 3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Nice location, short walk to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back to Steamboat Springs!

Everything 100% Except 2 of the 3 Beds!

Really really nice place! Location, amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna), cleanliness, walkabilty to the gondola...all good! One of the beds is totally unacceptable because you can feel the springs, and one of the beds is way too soft. I really feel like the owners should spend the money and get two new mattresses for the upstairs and then this property would be 5 stars all the way.

A great steamboat retreat!

Love going to Steamboat Springs and this was the perfect compliment. Easy check in and bonus with a garage for car. We loved the place, with plenty of room for 5. Also, each room had an ensuite bath plus and extra full bath downstairs. Kitchen had all needed equipment for cooking and plenty of room around the dining table. Beds were a little stiff but comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the resort, even with the snow it was super easy. There is a little shop close by groceries, limited, but convenient plus plenty of restaurants around. Bonus, Vacasa has a shuttle that can take you all around. We were there for music festival and it was close enough to walk to. Would definitely book again.

Steamboat Springs in the summer

The location of this condo was great. It would be excellent in the winter. One of the mattresses in one of the upstairs bedrooms really needs to be replaced. Was very hard. The master bedroom mattress was very nice and the mattress in the third bedroom was OK but not great. The other furniture in the condo was very nice, large dining room table, large comfortable couch. The kitchen was well equipped, and had plenty of utensils, glasses, mugs and plates, but we were disappointed there was nothing like salt, pepper, spices, ketchup, mustard in the unit.

Great location - so nice to walk back and forth the the base. Pools and hot tubs were excellent. We even grilled one night because the communal grills looked so inviting. Nice to have property management on site for check in and a poorly draining shower. Like all Steamboat properties, this is a bit on the small size but we were perfectly happy with our two families. Kitchen was tight but better stocked than most, and the open concept/island was really great for socializing with the cooks. Beds pretty comfy. nice to have 4 bathrooms!

Location is good, short walk to slopes, nice kitchen, hot tub and pools. The bedrooms, bathrooms, den, carpet have not been updated in a long long time. Tiny bathrooms with old poorly sliding doors. The heaters make noises all night. The carpet is old and dirty.

Pros: Unit was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Especially liked having an extra bathroom on the main floor. Couch is massive and difficult to move around, but comfortable. Bed linens soft and comfortable and towels good quality. Cons: Unit is very dark and bathrooms extremely dated. Heat in master bedroom was not working on first day, but maintenance was there within minutes to try to fix it. Was not able to fix it until the next day, but really wasn't an issue. Really appreciated the fast response. **If you are traveling during peak times and need a shuttle, you might end up calling an Uber. One night, I called the shuttle for 20 minutes straight before I could get through. By that time, my son had already called an Uber. This was extremely frustrating. In summary, we were very comfortable here.

Good location. Note that the air conditioning is partial and not in master sleeping area or one of the upstairs bedrooms. On 90 degree days this made sleeping difficult even with open windows due to inadequate air flow. This is a deal breaker for us for summer stays. We need it cool to sleep. Also, some repairs need made, including kitchen faucet handle, master blinds, and one bathroom hair dryer outlet.

Awesome couch! Great location.

We had a great Spring Break with 3 adults and two small children. We loved being able to walk to Gondola Square, Apres Burgers, and Wild Plum. The couch was amazing for lounging and the kitchen was pretty well-appointed. We were glad the hot tub and pool were open and thought the reservation system worked pretty well. We would definitely stay here again. Some small things that we would suggest the owner consider for future improvement: 1. the nonstick pans need to be replaced; the coating was peeling off and they were really hard to clean 2. the kitchen could use some tupperware or other reusable food storage, there were lots of bowls, but no lids or tin foil 3. it was odd that the master king bed had queen sheets on it! They kept slipping off and it was annoying. 4. the couch had a small metal piece sticking out from it that tore my husband's shorts. The property manager put some tape on it and made it right for the damaged clothing, but it probably needs a longer-term solution. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others.
