Villa Florada is a stunning 200m2 villa with an 800m2 plot, with stunning panoramic sea views. The villa is particularly suitable for a luxury vacation with large families or a group of friends. Villa Florada can accommodate 12-16 people and has two separate living areas with a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths plus a separate toilet with washing facilities and an infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean horizon.

The ground floor was completed in early 2016. Upstairs (original 1997) is completely renovated beginning of 2016. The property has a luxurious feel and is equipped with all comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and free / free wifi. The whole house has central heating. Using the satellite receiver you can receive for example Dutch, German, French, English and Spanish television channels on the flat screen TVs. There are two large sized fully equipped kitchens.
The Villa is located in the district of Serra Brava, just above the beach or Cala Canyelles. A quiet neighborhood with mostly detached villas. The distance to the beach or Cala Canyelles is about 3 km. The distance to the center of Lloret de Mar is about 3 km and the distance to Tossa de Mar is approximately 7 km.
Villa Florada has 2 separate floors, each with its own entrance. That makes Villa Florada ideal for families or friends to celebrate holidays together with the ability to also have some privacy.
The upper floor offers a spacious living room with cassette fireplace, adjacent to a large balcony over the entire width of the house with panoramic sea views. Further, the upper floor (street level), has a spacious kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, kettle and Nescafe Dolce Gusto + a normal filter coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The main bedroom has a bathroom and suite and has direct access to the large balcony with sea view. There is one bedroom with bunk beds.
The ground floor consists of a very spacious living room with air conditioning and a beautiful open kitchen. You can fully open the large sliding glass doors, so the living room will become one with the pool terrace and the terrace which is next to the house. The terrace next to the house can be covered by a large pergola, so there is enough space in the shade to sit. Both from the living room and on the terraces you have a beautiful panoramic view of the infinity pool and the Mediterranean. The spacious brand new kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large fridge freezer, 5 burner stove, kettle, Nescafé Dolce Gusto + a normal filter coffee machine, combi microwave oven + a separate oven. This combi microwave oven + separate oven are very practical when you want to cook for larger groups of people. The living room has a huge sofa and 2 large dining tables with 16 chairs. Enough space to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Further, the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped bathroom with large family shower and double wash basins and a separate toilet with washing facilities. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a separate single bed.
From the ground floor you walk directly to the terrace to the infinity pool. The infinity pool has color LED lighting at night so you can create a really special luxury atmosphere. From the living rooms and the terrace it looks like the water from the pool overflows into the Mediterranean. Truly a feast for the eyes. A staircase next to the pool terrace leads you to the plateau where the pool water flows to the overflow shelter. Here you can sunbathe with the refreshing sound of running water. Really relaxed.
The pool has a modern electrolysis system which gives a mild salt water. It is disinfectant, feels soft and is gentle to skin and eyes. Much healthier than a chlorinated pool. With salt electrolysis pool water contains only 4 grams of salt / liter, seawater contains 35-40 grams or salt / liter.
Around the villa there is enough space to sit or lie in the sun or shade.
You can also dine outside and cook on the BBQ.
Next to the terrace with pergola is a separate room with a washing machine and large sink. Here you can wash stuff from the BBQ, for example.
You can park without any problems on the street next to the house.
Villa Florada is situated on a quiet street. Here only drives local traffic.

Really all you need for a fabulous and luxurious holiday at a great location.

In the October-May period, the additional advance on heating costs 65 euros per week. Billing is based on actual usage.

At about 1000 meters is a restaurant and shop which is open during the season. Here is also a possibility to play football, basketball, tennis, table tennis etc.
