Villa Yuca with sea view, pool and privacy is centrally located in Lloret de Mar.
Villa Yuca is located in the Sepulcro Romano district.

Families are very welcome. Our family DOES NOT ACCEPT LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG GUESTS < 27 YEARS OF AGE.
GROUPS HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA DEPOSIT.

This villa is completely renovated and equipped with a luxurious denominator with all its amenities including free / free wifi, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms.
There is a spacious living-dining room with large sliding doors, beautiful spacious gourmet new kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a pool and beautiful sea views. Due to the large sliding doors, the living room and terrace with swimming pool (8 by 4 meters) will be optically one. From the terrace there are views of the sea and the center of Lloret de mar.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, large ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two parts of which the 1st with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the 2nd with 2 bedrooms, with access to the balcony (9 to 3 meters) and 1 bathroom. It will be easy to stay here with three families and each family will have it’s own department. From the balcony you will have a lovely view of the Mediterranean sea and the center of Lloret de Mar.

Around the villa, there is plenty of room to sit in the sun or in the shade.
You can also dine outside. There are spacious dining tables and a BBQ. For you there is also a washing machine and everything else you need for a fantastic holiday.
Villa Yuca is located on a quiet dead end street with only local traffic.
In the grounds of Villa Yuca you can park 2 to 3 cars. On the dead end street there is also enough space to park.
The living area is approximately 230 m2. The total area of the plot is approximately 810 m2.

The nearest supermarket is at +/- 1km, the beach and the centre are about 1500m meters from the villa. You can easily walk down, but back will be uphill. We suggest to hire a rental car at the airport to make going around and shopping easier. You can also choose to walk down and take a taxi back to the villa. This will cost approximately 10-12 euro, depending on the time of day.

The family has experience in renting holiday villas. Our motto is service and quality.

Villa Yuca, Lloret de Mar

We had a great time and we all commented on how well your lovely villa worked for our party (3 families). The children loved the pool and it was great to be able use the pool well into the evening with the funky lighting. The children called it their party pool! The villa is well situated with great sea views and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, which meant we all had a good night’s sleep and didn’t experience any noise issues. The walk down to the town/beach area is about 15-20 minutes however, I would say that the walk back is not for the faint hearted (up hill for the most part), however it is possible to drive to the beach and park relatively cheaply as you only get charged for the number of minutes you are there. The villa is recently renovated and tastefully decorated and is exactly how it is portrayed in the pictures. We made use of the lovely outside area in the day and into the evening playing cards. The villa is well equipped with a microwave, oven, barbeque, fridge freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a washing machine and second fridge freezer in the outside cupboard area. There is an outside sink and gas barbeque. Everything you could possibly want. The beach at Cala Canyelles is less busy and provides excellent snorkelling opportunities. A day's parking costs 8 Euros (shorter periods are available for less). Parking is limited so get there early. Tossa de mar is also close by and worth a visit.

Wonderful stay

Really lovely property with superb facilities. Beds were good. There was a musty smell in the bedrooms and on the bedclothes which we then washed ourselves. They were clean but had obviously been stored for some time. Drains in toilets were smelly. We purchased a toilet cleaner and daily use of this resolved the issue. Outdoor facilities were really great and excellent supply of kitchen utensils.

Amazing stay!

This villa met all our needs from location, views, amenities and helpful rep. From the comfortable beds both inside and out to the amount of crockery everything was catered for even down to soap in every bathroom and dishwasher tablets. Roel met us at the villa and answered our questions and was on hand if we had any questions. We had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Property was as described but maybe a little tired Bedding mattress covers pillows were not of good standard need renewing Cushions on settee should be washed for each guest in my opinion looked like needed a wash Fridge wasn’t big enough for such a large amount of people in hot weather There was an outside fridge but need a bigger one indoors We have rented property’s all over the world and the standards need to be high especially as we paid a hefty price for the week I expected more luxury As described 15 minute walk to town But the walk back is uphill Taxi needed in the heat Pool was fabulous Our Grandchildren had a wonderful time Great holiday had as we met our Son and his Family over from Australia so it was a special holiday But in my opinion needs upgrading for prices that were charged

Die Villa ist wirklich toll. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Leider ging der Gespirrspüler ab Tag 3 nicht mehr und konnte nicht repariert werden während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Feuerstelle laut Beschreibung gab es nicht, und ein einzelnes WC konnten wir auch nicht finden. Ansonsten hat es uns aber sehr gefallen :-)

Family meeting in Spain

the house is perfect for family meeting, 5 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. we were in november at the villa Yuca and we had 2 days of very cold and bad weather, we were happy to have a good heating system in the house. The house had everything what we needed. The see view is an highlight.

prachtig & rustig gelegen, uitzicht subliem

zeer mooie rustige locatie met zeezicht, en tegelijkertijd vlakbij centrum Lloret. Binnen 13 Minuten wandelen sta je aan het strand. Alles is aanwezig, de geboden service is erg goed en in de villa is alles nieuw. Bovendien heeft men ons heel bruikbare uitgaanstips gegeven in de regio.Wij komen graag weer terug!

Zeer luxe en mooi vakantie woning. Aan te raden.

De vakantiewoning ligt op een heuvel aan de voet van Lloret de Mar. We hadden mooi uitzicht over Lloret de Mar en de zee. De zee en strand is goed per voet te bereiken. De vakantiewoning ligt vrij, in een rustige omgeving en is beveiligd. De oprit is beveiligd met een afsluitbaar hek. We vonden de vakantiewoning erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Het heeft 7 slaapkamers en 3 mooie badkamers. Vanuit de slaapkamers boven kun je naar een ruim balkon. De keuken is ruim van opzet en heeft alle voorzieningen. De vaatwasmachine hebben we vaak gebruikt gezien de vele vaat. In de woonkamer staat een lange eettafel waar we met 18 personen aan konden zichten. Er staat een zeer ruime heerlijke lounge bank om samen te zijn of tv te kijken. In de gehele vakantiewoning is gratis Wifi aanwezig. Buiten is er een mooi groot terras met zwembad waar we heerlijk buiten hebben gezeten. Er staat ook een grote gas barbeque die we hebben gebruikt. Op het terras staat ook een tafel voor 18 personen die we regelmatig hebben verplaatst in de zon of de schaduw. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Lloret de Mar.

Zeer mooie schone villa op een hele mooie locatie

Wij hebben hier, met onze kinderen een super vakantie gehad. Met name van het zwembad is veel gebruik gemaakt. De jeugd kon naar hartelust uitgaan. Voor wie, met een grote groep, naar Lloret de Mar wil, is dit een ideale locatie. Wij waren met z’n 11en, van 20-, tot 57 jaar Echt een aanrader👍🏻

Perfect group accommodation!

We were a group of 10, made up of 6 adults and 4 children. The kids being aged 10, 7, 3 & 1. The house itself was as nice as the photos suggested. A very easy place to be and comfortable. Located 10 minutes walk from the bustle in a quiet residential area. It's quite hilly which I rather enjoyed.

Heerlijk verblijf

Villa Yuca is een mooi huis met een grote tuin. Bij aankomst was alles naar verwachting en keurig schoon en netjes. Het interieur is heel ruim opgezet en vrij modern. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de stortdouche was zeer fijn na een lange dag in de zon. Verder spendeer je toch de meeste tijd buiten. Daar zijn het lekkere zwembad en de ruime tuin. We hebben ook uitvoerig gebruik gemaakt van de tafelvoetbaltafel die er stond. De tuin bied genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om lekker hun gang te gaan. En mocht je toch op pad willen, ben je binnen een half uur lopen op de boulevard en in het centrum. Genoeg leuke winkeltjes om rond te kijken, een ijsje te halen, en 's avonds om te stappen als dat je ding is. Let wel, de terugweg is heuvel op, dus een iets pittiger wandeling, maar nog steeds heel goed te doen. Het zeezicht is heerlijk om 's ochtends mee wakker te worden. Al met al zou ik deze woning zeker aanbevelen!
