Near Soulac/sea, 5 km ocean New fully air-conditioned house of 100 M² for 6 people (3 bedrooms) wooden chalet style with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated from MAY to October. Its wooden terrace of 100 M², its garden furniture, its relax and its barbecue. land fully enclosed and not overlooked. Shops and a restaurant (with minigolf course) 300 m away. 3 bedrooms for 6 beds, large living room with American kitchen, pantry, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs including a separate one. Comfortable kitchen. Free internet access. The kitchen includes, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a built-in oven, 1 ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker, a Senseo, microwave oven and crockery for 6 people. You also have a cellar with a washing machine. to wash the linen, a dryer, a cumulus of 200 liters and all for the cleaning. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm double beds with cupboards and storage.
The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and thanks to the telescopic shelter night swimming is nice because you are like in a bubble!!! The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 KM from SOULAC/mer 5 Minutes by car, 10 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 5 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Car parking is free as well as bicycle parking. Sliding sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy centre. Going up towards Le verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sports activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc.). Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the route des châteaux with these vineyards known throughout the world!!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a one-day getaway.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings possible on site with a view of the bird island!!

Family Friendly!

We have just spent half term with our grandchildren at Sylvain’s property. The property was very secure, completely enclosed. The pool cover was lockable to avoid any accidents. The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge freezer having an ice cube dispenser was handy. Sylvain responded well to any issues, or questions we had. The one thing that could have been improved was the information folder. Maybe some recommendations for restaurants, activities and supermarkets. We all had a great time.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hatte wie beschrieben 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Alles super sauber. Geschirr war genug vorhanden und es gab einen Riesen Kühlschrank. Pool war fantastisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Vermieter war sehr nett.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Ausstattung (Klimaanlage etc.) und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Jedoch täuschen die Bilder im Inserat, da das Haus und die Terrasse ziemlich in Jahre gekommen ist. Die betten sind ziemlich durchgelegen, die Terrassetür lässt sich nur mit einem Holzbalken verschliessen und die Holzterrasse hat enorme Verschleißerscheinungen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist superr!!!!

Wir waren 13 Nächte in diesem wunderbarem Ferienhaus. Alles war/ist sehr sauber und neu ! Der Pool ist wunderbar ! Im Ort gibt es einen SPAR mit den nötigsten Lebensmitteln (Achtung, teurer als in den großen Supermärkten) und Baguettes, Croissants usw. Es gibt auch eine kleine feine Bäckerei (ca. 1 km mit dem Auto im Ortszentrum entfernt) mit tollem Baguette, Croissants usw. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Min. entfernt. Als Hundebesitzer hat es uns gefreut, dass dort auch Hunde erlaubt sind, man muss am Strand nur etwa 300 Meter nach rechts gehen (nicht bewachter Schwimmbereich), dann beginnt der Bereich, wo Hunde erlaubt bzw. geduldet sind. Meist halten sich dort auch nur Hundebesitzer oder FFK-Besucher auf. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub.

Allez-y les yeux fermés. Sylvain est une personne accueillante et arrangeante ( horaires/ draps serviette ) La villa a tout les équipement nécessaires. La piscine couverte et chauffée est un reel plus ! Tellement agréable!!!! Nous avons passés un sejour magnifique. La mer juste a côte. Le calme,sans vis a vis c'est juste TOP. Encore merci Sylvain et a très bientôt :) Maison idéale pour une famille, les nôtres 5 ans et 3 ans on énormément apprécier la piscine.

Es fehlt an nichts an diesem Objekt

Im großen und ganzen ist dieses Objekt zu empfehlen. Die zwei bis drei Kleinigkeiten sind zu vernachlässigen. Ein komplett abgeschlossenes Grundstück läßt mit einem Hund keine Wünsche offen. Toller Pool , ein toll und umfassend ausgestattet Küche. Ein Spar mit lecker Croissant und Baquette ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Meer ist zu weit weg um es zu Fuß zu erreichen-nur als Info. Wir spielen tatsächlich mit dem Gedanken Wiederholungstäter zu werden.

Vielen Dank Sylvain für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch absolut komfortabel. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Es wurde auf sehr viele kleine Details geachtet. Der Pool hat das nochmal unterstrichen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, ab vom Trubel, jedoch keine langen Wege nötig um einzukaufen, zum Strand zu gelangen oder Restaurants aufzusuchen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. Ruhe und Erholung garantiert

Wir haben zu fünft eine wunderbar erholsame Woche in der Region verlebt. Das Ferienhaus bot auch unseren jugendlichen Kindern genügend Privatsphäre. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr praktisch und entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Surferstrand Le Gurp war in 20 min gemütlich mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. 500 m vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Spar mit einem sehr guten Backstand (leckere Croissants!). Empfehlen können wir auch das Restaurant Histoires d'été am Strand Le Gurp. Obwohl sich auf beiden Seiten des Hauses zwei weitere Ferienobjekte befinden, bekommt man von den Nachbarn nichts mit. Die Grundstücke haben einen kompletten Sichtschutz. Selbst in der Hochsaison hat man hier seine Ruhe.
