A beautiful decorated, restful, clean cottage. A home away from home with everything you need. You will enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets and then sit by the bonfire under a blanket of stars. There is a golf courses within six miles , also the kiddies will enjoy the miniature golf in Caseville, ice cream shops, beautiful county park beach, and many other fun things to do. The county park 5 miles away offers a beautiful sandy beach.

Fully furnished, clean, and ready for relaxing all you need is your suitcase and groceries

Fully stocked kitchen with dishes & appliances.

Towels and linens provided. The rental is thoroughly cleaned, surfaces wiped down and linens are sanitized thoroughly after every stay.

Nice large living room with 3 couches A flat screen tv along with DVD player

Spacious bedrooms 2 with comfortable twin size beds and 1 with a queen size bed.

Beautiful beach on the property.

Cheeseburger festival -Ribstock -Caseville County Park Kayaking -Port Austin Farmers Market or shopping downtown -fishing-cycling-saling-swimming.

Comfortable patio with propane grill & fire pit to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Close to Pigeon, Sebewaing or Bad Axe, so whether your in the area for work or pleasure this is a great place to stay.

This was our sixth year renting this home and we loved it just as much (actually more) as the first time! Beach is great, house is comfortable and well stocked. Can’t wait to come back in 2027!

Had a nice, quiet, relaxing 4 days. The house had great beach access and was perfect for us and our dog. Enjoyed morning walks along Crescent Beach Rd. And the dining in the nearby towns of Caseville, Pigeon, and Bad Axe are top notch. Thank you!

We basically just used the cottage to sleep and shower only as we had a family reunion nearby the entire weekend. The only issue we ran into was that some of the windows were not functioning properly. Other than that, no issues. It was a pleasant stay and the beach is beautiful here! Plenty of fans which really helped!!

Property is dirty, has not been dusted in the recent past. Furniture could be cleaned. Most of the crank windows are stripped and do not work properly. The windows that did open had ripped screens and needed 2 people to close them. Screen door had no closure and screen was in need of repair, not keeping insects out. I knew there was no A/C but i did not realize there was no dishwasher, that is probably my lack of reading. There were a few pots and pans and some dishes, but with no dishwasher there was no way i could begin to trust those were clean with the state of the rest of the house. There is no oven, but a toaster oven and air fryer are in the cupboard. The small glass cooktop was cracked and i was unsure if it was safe to use. I thought i would be able to grill during my stay but the grill was left absolutely disgusting from previous guests. The fire pit was littered with cigarette butts. These things i would have expected the previous guest to clean up. I sure didn’t leave a bunch of trash around, i would say we left the property in a cleaner state then when we arrived. I did reach out the day we arrived to let the host know we thought the place was dirty and there were broken items. The host assured me they pay for cleaning services. While we enjoyed the outdoors and exploring that area of the state, we would not consider or recommend staying at this property.

Little getaway

We enjoyed our stay , close to the beach. We were able to bring our dogs which was great The oven was a little tricky cause the mob isn’t on so u have to kinda guess at temperature but everything worked out. Will definitely stay again

Perfect family spot

We needed a location that wasn't too warm, allowed us some summer fun (beach kayaking etc) and time together. This house was perfect for everyone. Lots of fun and love had by all!!

Nice Little Beach Getaway

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to take a quick 2 day beach break with our dog. This place was perfect! The house was clean, the property and beach were beautiful and neighboring Caseville offered great food and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. Thank you :)

Family fun

We had a great weekend at this property. The beach was great and the house was clean and roomy. I didn't realize the steepness of hill to the beach, so just keep that in mind when you're booking.

Getaway for the family

We have come for the second year in a row . Our goldens love the beach , it’s very clean and has a great beach feel . Windows a litt hard to open and close but otherwise we enjoyed our stay
