Summary:

Spectacular oceanfront home on Love Beach, Little Exuma, with turquoise waters and a private pocket beach shared with just four other luxury homes. Step onto the oceanfront deck to relax, swim in the swimmable cove, or enjoy the pristine white sand. Perfect for a dream island getaway with breathtaking views that stretch as far as the eye can see.



The Space:

Our villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, designed for comfort and relaxation. On the top level, you'll find the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, including a luxurious bathtub on one side. The other side offers a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a bunk room and another queen bedroom that share a full bathroom. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen are also upstairs, both offering stunning views of the infinity pool and the sparkling ocean beyond.



Step outside to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, which can be accessed directly from the living room, the master suite, and the secondary master. Here, you’ll find outdoor couches, lounge chairs, and the infinity pool—all perfect for relaxing and soaking in the serene atmosphere. Take a few steps down from the villa to one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches, where beach chairs, kayaks, and a paddleboard can be rented for an additional fee.



We provide all the comforts of home, including linens and towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and a designated BBQ area, ideal for grilling with friends and family. On the lower level, guests can enjoy a game room filled with a variety of games, as well as a cozy bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom complete with a shower.



**A high chair and pack-and-play can be made available at no additional fee—please request before arrival.



Your concierge can arrange a private rental car, pre-arrival groceries, and schedule boat charters and water activities for your group. We can even hire an in-home masseuse or a professionally trained chef for a special night in.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located on a private pocket beach with just 4 other luxury vacation homes on the small laid-back Bahamian island of Little Exuma. In addition to the majestic Caribbean outside your back door, the home has a large oceanfront deck with your own private infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and living area right out your back door. There is a lot to do in Exuma, but you might not want to ever leave the house.



Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located near Georgetown, which has the island's main grocery store and marina. From Georgetown you can take the ferry to Stocking Island or charter a boat to explore the Exumas, which are comprised of 365 cays and islands!

Our host, Sharell met us timely at the airport (10 of us) and had our rental van and taxi waiting for us to start the vacation. The house is very nice but the view is World Class. We went to many beaches while there and the small white sand beach that this house sits on is the best of the best. Only 3 - 4 other houses on the beach so it’s basically yours. A few small things here and there I would improve on at the house (few more towels and beach chairs) but the beach, the view and the pool are best of the best.

Loved our time at Love Beach House!

Our family of 7 (18 three generations) had a fabulous stay at Love Beach House. The location is remote and the road is rough but well worth it for the beautiful beach and privacy! Our property manager, Sharell, was very attentive and responsive. When the internet went down on the island, she even brought us a hot spot to use on a Friday evening!

Amazing Trip

Stayed at this home for a week in May. From the second we walked through the door our expectations were exceeded. So beautiful, so relaxing and we definitely hope to be back to explore and enjoy this beautiful place! Sharrell went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even brought us new beach chairs when we discovered some were broken. Overall a fabulous home and experience!

Vacation Of Your Dreams!

This property was located on a beach that was out of this world! Shared by just 4 very spread out homes, you felt like it was all yours. And so we never needed to go anywhere to see any of the fabulous beaches in Exuma, we already had the best in our backyard. Super nice and comfortable everywhere. Views galore, and then some! We will be back next year!

Great location, breathtaking views

This property was excellent in every way. The location was just far enough away from the rest of the world, but not too far from the airport and grocery. The home itself was very clean and well laid out for our needs. The main living space provides an excellent outdoor feel with panoramic views of the ocean. Pictures don’t do it justice, but what you see is what you get! My family is already planning a return trip. We swam with the pigs during this stay, but the next time we visit, we will be more than satisfied doing absolutely nothing but relaxing by the ocean at this property!

Spectacular house and setting!!

This house was truly amazing and exactly as the photos appear. The beach is unbelievable and right in front of you. There are about 5 houses on this pocket beach, and although there were people staying in the neighboring houses, we usually had the beach all to ourselves. The house is modern and clean and spacious and has everything you need. One thing to note, it is about a half hour (lovely) drive from town/grocery store, and maybe 35 minutes from airport, so plan accordingly because there really aren't any shops nearby. We couldn't really have been happier with the house.

The location of the home is nice, but the photos don’t accurately represent the property. They took an expensive refundable deposit that was written I would receive back at the house when I showed up, but I still haven’t received it nor any communication regarding it. The home wasn’t very clean at all. Crabs were inside the home. There was a window that did not close all the way. Sliding glass doors were broken and did not lock. It did not feel safe to not be able to lock the doors when we left or at night. The fridge was broken as well as the dishwasher and they only told me as I landed. Multiple windows and glass doors had large cracks in them. Black mold growing in the bathrooms. The game room is outside and downstairs and smelled of mold. We didn’t even play in there. The tub faucet poured brown water. We got ripped off staying at this property and I hope my review prevents someone else from staying here. This was probably our 12th trip to Exuma, so we know what to expect. Very disappointed in this home and the service provided. Stay away.

The cleanliness issues you experienced are not reflective of our usual standards, and we have taken immediate steps to address this matter. Changes have been made to our local management and cleaning procedures to ensure a higher standard moving forward. We have also scheduled a comprehensive maintenance period, during which we will thoroughly address and resolve any outstanding issues in the property. Your feedback has been instrumental in highlighting areas for improvement, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing exceptional stays for our guests. Great Family Trip

Beautiful house. Well appointed! Very private location on the south side of the island. Would go back in a minute. 8 adults fit well. Basement is a separate entrance so you would have to watch putting small children down there. Teens would love it.
