Sea Garden, 3 bedrooms/3 baths house, is located on the beach with beautiful turquoise views of Tar Bay and the ocean. Tar Bay is also nicknamed "Millionaire's Beach" due to it's prime location. There are no hotels or businesses here. The beach is 2 miles long, great for snorkeling, fishing, long walks...

Sea Garden has a large wrap-around porch of 1.000 sq.ft. is reached from a series of seven doors from all the bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a patio with a lot of privacy... There is a hammock and a swing chair on the porch, overlooking the ocean...

House furnishings are comfortable and contemporary. The beds have gel mattresses and gel pillows for the most comfortable sleeping ever!!!
Fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 people.
There are lounge chairs with cushions on the beach.
Enjoy doing BBQ with a charcoal grill on a very nice patio overlooking the ocean.
Swing chairs and hammock give a nice addition on the wrap around porch for extra relaxation...

Sea Garden is located about 5min. from the airport, 7min. from George Town and 15min. from the new Sandals Golf and Tennis Resort.
You can find all kinds of restaurants, boat rental company, kite surfing,etc. not far from the house, in a short driving distance. Choose from a variety of tours offered by Exuma Tours. Book a tour trip to go see James Bond Grotto, feed iguanas and swim with the pigs!!!

The house is centrally located and is close to everything.

I thought the location on Tar Bay was wonderful. The view from the large wrap-around porch can't be beat and just a few steps out the door to an incredible beach. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and house was stocked with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful trip. The views from the porch were amazing. There was a little more wear and tear on the house than we expected, but nothing that hindered our stay. The home was clean and the AC was cold. The porch provided a great space for us to hang out. We would definitely return!

Amazing beach; beautiful water

The house is steps away from the warm and clear water; we swam several times a day. Its a five minute drive to groceries and many other beaches are just a few minutes away.

Great location! The bungalow was older but very clean. The wrap around porch was fantastic.

Location is perfect with wonderful oceanfront BUT... the villa needs hard and deep renovations. Furniture is either old o broken. Kitchen is also poorly equipped: 3 wine glasses & 3 spoon for 3 double rooms villa, no tupperwares (now yes because we bought them after the onwer refused to do it for us... by the way 5 at the grossery store so no big deal). My idea is that they do just want to sell the villa and they don't care how much you enjoy your stay. My personal view, of course. Next time in Exuma we will go elsewhere.

Serenity and beauty

We loved our 10 days at Sea Garden! The deck is steps from the breathtaking beach. Spectacular views from every window. Comfortable home with everything we needed. Great location. Bring sunscreen from home, if possible, because grocery and other items are expensive on the island.

Quaint stay at Tar Bay

Tar Bay is absolutely beautiful. Home does not have all the bells and whistles of most, but the view and beach are more than enough. Wind on Tar Bay keeps bugs at bay. Best beach on Exuma by far.

Sea Garden is located on Tar Bay Beach, which was voted the #1 Best Residential Beach on Exuma. The beach is 2 miles long, great for long walks, snorkeling, swimming and fishing. The beach has a nickname - "Millionaires' Beach", due to its' very expensive homes located along the beach.

What makes this property unique

The house is a 3 bedrooms/3baths property. it has a wraparound porch of 1,000 sq.ft. It is a great outdoor space. There are a lot of lounge areas, hammocks, which helps to stay out of the sun and still enjoy the beauty of the ocean. The house has 7 doors overall, each bedroom has its own entrance door and lounge area, so you can enjoy your privacy, even if you came with a big family or friends. I have a great team working for the house on the island, my maid/manager and a houseman. So, if something goes wrong, the help is just a call away!
