Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

The amenities and location were fantastic. We enjoyed everything the place had to offer, hot tubs, pool, steam room, fitness center and close walk to eateries and shopping. Oh, and the skiing was fun too....
We loved our stay at Main Street Station. It was our first time in Breckenridge. The unit was perfect for us and we loved the kitchen size, layout and it was appropriately stocked with with all we needed to cook, eat and drink. We also really liked the ski valet at Main Street Station. Great location and we will be stay here again.

Great location!
Loved the location. Easy to get on the slopes, easy for dining and the shuttle or buses get you around town, even on a busy holiday weekend. Front desk staff and manager were very helpful. Unit is nice, no noise issues.

Could not ask for a better location to visit Breckenridge. Condo is right off of Main Street with shopping and dining galore.
Condo was spacious for 2 - unsure I’d put 4 in there. Well stocked. Very comfortable.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
Couldn't ask for a better location. Ski lifts, downtown area snd restaurants are all right out the front door. Covered underground parking is also great and convenient. The only negative (which is reflection of Vacasa) was at check-in. When we entered the condo it had not been cleaned. We had to go and burn several hours waiting for everything to be cleaned.

I will never book through VRBO with a property that is managed by Vacasa. Terrible communication, slow and difficult to work with.
We made multiple attempts to reach customer support to inquire about a trip reschedule due to a death in the family. Through multiple unanswered emails and hours of waiting on hold, it finally took calling the reservation line faking to book a new trip in order to get a hold of someone. While discussing a potential reschedule the representative was unapologetic for our loss, did not care that the trip was for a birthday and was overall rude.
The accommodations were marginally clean. The linens were very well worn and the carpet was filthy. The kitchen was very poorly stocked and very disheveled.

Convenient Location
We loved to be able to walk to the slopes and all the shopping and restaurants Breckinridge has to offer.
Great location .
Overall the property was great. Close to all restaurants and shopping. No need to bring a vehicle. The unit could use updated furniture in my opinion. The couches and chair are worn.
My husband & I enjoyed our stay here. We were able to relax in the hot tub in the fitness area which was quiet. The parking area was a little confusing at first but got the hang of it afterwards.
