Absolute gem!

The apartment is in a good location: easy stroll to shops and restaurants but feels private as it’s surrounded by gardens. Fantastic balcony! Apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Our hosts were marvellous: we arrived by train and they met us at the station, showed us around the apartment and let us stay longer on the day of our departure so that we could leave our luggage until we had to get the ferry. Thank you, Angèle and Jean-Claude, for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is in a large development very close to the middle of I'lle Rousse. It is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. There is a nice balcony as well though you can hear the neighbours too easily if they are on their balconies. The car parking is very useful and the lift to get up to the second floor was great. Just note - bedding and towels are not included - you have to ask for them and pay extra. We are new to VRBO so maybe that is the same for all the hosts.

L appartement est propre, bien équipé et très bien situé proche du centre-ville avec ses commerces et restaurants et proche de la plage. Au niveau du stationnement le garage est un plus mais tout peut se faire à pied.

Les propriétaires, Angèle et Jean Claude, sont très sympathiques, à mon arrivée à la location j'ai été très bien accueilli avec une touchante attention. L'appartement conforme à mes attentes est très bien équipé et très bien situé dans la ville, proche du centre et de la plage. Nice apartment and good location

A very enjoyable stay. Apartment is well positioned, only a short walk to the town and sea down a path from the property. It is set back from the main road so peaceful with nice balcony. The owners were very helpful. We didn't have a car but were able to do several long walks from the property, starting from a footpath 10 minutes walk up the main road. Note that there is a small charge for sheets and towels which I didn't notice in the HomeAway description (but we were told before arrival). I would recommend this apartment.

Excellent séjour à l’île Rousse

Bel appartement très bien équipé et à proximité de la ville et de la mer ( 5 minutes à pied) excellent accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux avec un panier de produits corses et une disponibilité à toute demande .un garage fermé en sous sol pour garder la voiture au frais . Je recommande cette location pour 2 personnes pour ceux qui aiment le confort .

Abbiamo da poco soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo molto soddisfatti.Vi e tutto il necessario ed è a pochi passi a piedi dal centro.E' come da foto arredato con gusto.Inoltre nota molto apprezzata e' il garage con annessa ascensore molto utile per il trasporto bagagli.Infine disponibilità e cordialità da parte dei proprietari hanno contribuito a rendere molto piacevole il soggiorno.Senza dubbi consigliato!!!

Une location de vacances parfaite.

C'est un plaisir de donner la note maximum pour cet appartement. Il est excellent en tous points ! Très fonctionnel , beau, bien orienté , belle vue et surtout prés de toutes commodités ...Aucun besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage, au port ou dans les boutiques et les restos de la ville.La voiture dans un garage individuel fermé en sous sol et aussi possibilité de se garer en sécurité dans la résidence est une option top ! Parfait...nous retournerons là si nous revenons sur l'île rousse.
