Outside: Two terraces of over 50m² overlooking the garden with a superb Weber barbecue, a true summer kitchen. NO OVERCASES ALLOWED. You're guaranteed to fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable holiday home, located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast. The charming owner, originally from Chile and with her lovely accent, will be delighted to welcome you. Highlights of this house include the garden with a partial sea view, the basketball hoop, and especially the little path that leads directly to the beach. The port of Perros-Guirec is 2.5 km away. On the Pink Granite Coast, this very bright modern villa offers direct access to the sea just 50m away.
