Villa Zogianna is a luxurious 3-bedroom accommodation with a soft romantic interior with pastel colours and wood elements, ideal for families. The villa is at a 2-minute walk from Episkopos Beach and a 10-minute walk to the village of Nikiana.

Indoor Area
Entering Villa Zogianna in Lefkada, you walk into the large open living area. This space consists of a lounge and dining area, that is designed with a sense of luxury and respect to Greek architecture. Also in this space is a fully equipped kitchen, that has all the essentials required for self-catering. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground level with an en-suite bathroom with shower. All the spaces on the ground level have direct access to the pool and outdoor area of Villa Zogianna.
Via internal staircase are the two other bedrooms of the accommodation. The twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is spacious with sea views through its front facing windows. The master bedroom offers a large family bathroom with jacuzzi and most importantly a private balcony. Between the two bedrooms through the hallway is the upstairs balcony with the luxury of an outdoor lounge.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of beautiful Villa Zogianna consists of a large private swimming pool surrounded with space for everyone. Whether you want to soak up the Greek sun or just sit back and enjoy the sea views, the sun loungers and cozy outdoor lounge area will have everyone’s pleasure covered.
