Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis is a brand new stone made, luxury villa with a private pool and jacuzzi and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.

Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable, this 3-level villa consists of a relaxing living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with individual bathroom on the ground floor, a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a second spacious master bedroom with individual bathroom on the basement (pool level). The picturesque environment is completed with the balconies both on the ground floor and on the first floor where you can enjoy your dinner or drink while gazing at the breath-taking view. It can accommodate up to 8 people offering all everyday amenities.
Sit by the pool(7.5x3.5m size, 0.90-1.60m depth) and enjoy the magnificent views of St John and Lefkas city, views which combine astonishingly the mountain with the sea. Watch the little birds flying around you and listen to their singing. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
