Un véritable havre de paix...

Une maison très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Tout y est pour passer un très agréable moment. D'autant que la maison est située dans un environnement calme. La piscine est un must à consommer sans modération. Mr et Mme Lions nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. Merci

Au calme

Effectivement c'est très calme , à part les cigales bien sûr . Il fait chaud aussi . La piscine est assez grande et entretenue tous les 3-4 jours par Mr et Mme Lions qui habitent à 200m . Le logement est spacieux et le billard américain au RDC est appréciable . Pour les 3 chambres : 6 personnes max , idéalement 4 .

The most relaxing holiday

We stayed with our 9 year old son who has severe autism and learning disabilities. The house was perfect for us. As our son wakes at night and can be noisy it was lovely having no neighbours and we could fully relax. He loved the pool and went swimming 11 times! .So peaceful, no car noise or traffic just the sounds of nature. The house was lovely and clean, with everything to hand. Thank you very much for letting us stay and look forward to coming back next year.x

We were here last year and pleased to be back! The home is in beautiful quiet countryside not too far from many tourist attractions and the river Dordogne. The house has everything you need and reflects such great value for money with a fantastic swimming pool and even a football table and pool table as well as bbq, large tv, internet and Bluetooth speaker. Thanks to Chantal for her wonderful reception again and who knows we may be back next year! Thank you

Très approximatif

Superbe endroit au coeur d'une nature sauvage, où l'on jouit d'un calme et d'une tranquillité fort appréciables. Etant donné l'isolement des lieux, un jalonnement léger voire un panneau distinctif pourrait être de mise. Ce qui éviterait à Mme Lions de devoir faire du radio-guidage par téléphone à chaque nouvelle arrivée. Rez-de-chaussée très humide, avec forte odeur de moisi, peinture qui s'écaille et nombreuses traces de chancissures. Balustrade de la terrasse à peine scellée et branlante, présentant un réel danger pour les usagers. Abords de la piscine non entretenus et douche solaire déficiente. Heureusement, vous pourrez compter sur M & Mme Lions qui sont d'une grande gentillesse et font preuve d'une disponibilité sans faille. J'émets des doutes sur l'étanchéité du bassin de la piscine qui a tendance à se vider relativement vite, mettant ainsi le système de maintenance en souffrance. Le propriétaire n'hésitera pas à vous en faire porter la responsabilité. Evitez, si vous le pouvez...

Ce locataire n'a malheureusement pas pris connaissance du document envoyé, dans lequel figure un plan très détaillé pour l'accès à la maison, ainsi que diverses explications relatives à la maison et à la piscine. S'agissant de la piscine, ce locataire n'a pas veillé à maintenir le niveau d'eau qui baissait à cause de l'évaporation par forte chaleur. En conséquence, la pompe qui permet la filtration de l'eau a tourné à vide pendant plusieurs heures et a fini par tomber en panne. Elle a été aussitôt changée par les personnes qui s'occupent de la maison. Quant aux autres commentaires, ils sont motivés à l'évidence par une volonté de se dédouaner et un refus de communiquer les coordonnées de son assurance pour l'indemnisation des frais de remplacement de la pompe.

Peace and tranquility

Lovely comfortable property with no visible neighbours in the beautiful countryside! Fantastic swimming pool and outdoor areas. Very close to the river Dordogne and plenty of sights to see.

Maison très bien située au calme dans la forêt (besoin absolu d'un GPS) Mais l'annonce ne correspondait pas à la réalité sur le couchage, en cours de travaux au rez-de-chaussée

En effet, une chambre avait du être condamnée à cause d'un dégât des eaux, et l'annonce n'avait pas été mise à jour. Toutes nos excuses.
