You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).
Things to Know Please note that there is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Great mountain getaway forEaster Weekend skiing!
Perfect location, convenient dedicated parking, ample space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and clean and comfortable for the family.
Incredible location. Clean, comfortable. Very spacious for price. Excellent property, would stay here again!

Very nice accommodations
Very nice accommodations and check-in process. People at front desk were friendly but not very helpful to open a hot tub that was locked and ready to be used.

This will be our go-to stay in Breckenridge
Great location, underground parking, walk to everything, spacious, updated, and quiet. Love the walk-in shower and fully equipped modern kitchen. We will be back.
We loved this property. Beautiful views from the property. The location was perfect. Very clean. It made our trip wonderful! We will definetly be back some day.
Great location if you want to be close to town and close to Peak 9. Condo complex is run more like a hotel, so you have a front desk to interface with, which can be an advantage vs a normal private vrbo.
