Built in 2001 and beautifully updated in 2014, this condo features a wealth of at-home comfort, including a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV in the living room and each bedroom, and two jetted bathtubs to soothe your sore muscles after a thrilling day on the slopes. Walk home from the Peak 9 base area each afternoon to take in incredible top-floor views of the surrounding mountains from one of the two balconies, use the stainless steel appliances to whip up a hearty meal with your loved ones, and enjoy fantastic on-site amenities that include multiple hot tubs, a large outdoor pool, and a fitness center. At night, you'll have your choice of two primary suites and two additional guest rooms.
Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.
Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.
Things to Know There is no air conditioning. One of the queen beds is a Murphy bed. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Great location and very roomy.
Great location. Spacious with four bedrooms and four and a half baths which fit our family. Heated floors in two bathrooms was a nice touch. Ski valet in same building. Quandry Bistro. Great place for skiing at Breck.

Best vacation spot in Breckenridge
We had the best time here! The condo is so quiet and clean with all the amenities you could ever ask for. Cozy by the fireplace and spacious kitchen and dining room. We used the pool and the hot tubs and the workout room. The condo is on the top floor so you don’t hear any noise from other units. And right above shops and restaurants and walking distance to the main ski lift! Incredible location!

Outstanding!
My family (wife and 4 kids ages 10-15) all stayed comfortably in this condo. The place was large, clean and the location is fantastic. We paddle boarded (you can see the lake from the balcony), zip lined and much more. If there was any negative it would be that there is no air conditioning. That said, opening the windows and turning on the multiple ceiling fans did the trick. Great stay and highly recommend it. The Smiths.

Great place for familiies! Parking Lame
We loved this place! Only downfall is that it only included 1 parking pass in the garage for a 4 BR condo. I feel like it should include a parking pass per bedroom - doesn't make sense that we get same parking as people who rented a 1 BR. Alternative options for parking were far away and expensive (and a pain in the a@&). And with kids and all their stuff....ughhh! If the parking changed I would stay here again.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your condo. We know parking is a disappointment but the owners of the condos are only provided one space regardless of the size of their condo. We wish we had the space to offer more. Thankfully, there are other options off site PLUS we have a free on-call shuttle service to get you around Breckenridge during your stay!
We owned a condo in Aspen for many years that had been updated beautifully. This condo is even better. The decor is beautiful and tasteful, and very high quality. Location, Location, location definitely applies. Three huge benefits include proximity to Main St which is only a 3 or 4 minute walk. There is a great restaurant/bar, the Quandry, in the same building as the condo, just take the elevator down. Super easy to visit after a tiring day of skiing. Finally, the location has ski rental in the building as well, and since you are staying there, they keep your skis, boots and poles there at the rental each night, so you just come down in your shoes, put on your boots, grab your skis and walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Note, at Spring Break, the lines at that lift are long in the morning, maybe 15 mins, but once up to the other lifts, no worries. Really a great place to stay. We will be visiting again.

Beautiful Condo
We love the condo, but the fans in the bedrooms have a mind of their own. The lights kept flashing on and off so you couldn’t use the fan because you had to turn off the switch at the wall. The remotes weren’t cutting it so we had to just power them all off, also, we were extremely disappointed when we tried to watch Netflix and prime video, but were blocked by parental controls. When I called the front desk and asked what the code was for the parental control, they put us on hold for about 10 minutes and came back and said that they had no Password. We just simply had to live without it. Part of our plan was to ski all day, and then watch movies all night.

Best Condo in Breckenridge!
This place is absolutely perfect! The location was exceptional at just a few steps to the lift and right on Main St. The mountain views are awesome and it was really spectacular to wake up and look up at the ski hill. Front desk staff was super helpful and the resort was a blast after skiing all day.
The condo was just as beautiful as it looks like in its pictures. It’s location is close to the parking garage you use and close to ski valet and hot tubs/pool. Huge amount of space with great kitchen. Great views over hot tubs/pool and amazing view of mountain/slopes. Perfect location as you are able to walk to chair lift for ski on ski off experience. Very close walking distance to all downtown areas. 5 bathrooms with tubs. Will definitely stay here again with large group.
This property is perfectly located in downtown Breckenridge. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Our vacation was in July so my largest concern upon arrival was no air conditioning. During the day it did get warm, but the evenings cooled way down so opening the windows and running the fans helped immensely. We didn't spend much time in the condo during the day so it didn't cause a problem for us.
My only suggestion to the property owner would be to have dish soap and extra kitchen towels and rags so we could properly wash our dishes (I ended up purchasing Dawn on my own).

A group of us stayed for a long ski weekend - our group included a couple with a baby + some single people and the layout was great for everyone having their own space (bathroom in every room was awesome) while also having nice open common area to cook and hang out. Free ski valet on site and proximity to the Quicksilver lift (it’s a 5 min walk in your boots) was great. Updated, modern decor was an added bonus. We’d highly recommend.

Very Spacious property with great views
Really enjoyed our stay with 2 other couples. Very clean and spacious and decorated nicely. The view from the 2 bedrooms with king beds was really a bonus. Plenty of room and so close to everything downtown. The only draw back was getting only one parking space. We really needed 2 with 3 couples.

Amazing location and setup
Visited Breck with my family, my parents, and my sisters family. We were able to spread out and keep the kids in their own room, each with a great bathroom and all with tubs. The unit had everything we needed, was well appointed and very comfortable. The MBR has a balcony overlooking Maggie Pond and looking up at a the Peak7 chairlift. Other rooms have views of the Main Street Station Pool. Located at the southern end main street, we never once got in our car (underground parking at location), and walked downtown every night for dinner and shopping and activities.
