L'appartement et les prestations correspondent à la description. Logement relativement propre. Seul petit bémol, mauvaise isolation phonique avec l'appartement du dessus: il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil trop léger.

Aucun mail reçu pour récupérer les clés du logement.Le lave linge ne fonctionnent pas pour notre séjour, nous avons été obligé de laisser accès à l'appartement au plombier pendant notre absence. Puis pour la fin de notre séjours à l'heure pile de départ, il ne fallait pas avoir un contre temps, car un menuisier venait intervenir dans le logement. Je ne trouve pas ce loueur très professionnel.

Bonjour, En effet, nous avons connu quelques soucis dont un beug informatique. Pour le lave-linge malheureusement, une mauvaise utilisation avant votre arrivée à rendu le précédent lave linge inutilisable. Les imprévus même s'ils sont rares peuvent arriver. Pour éviter de vous causer un désagrément trop important, nous avons en effet choisi de régler le problème pendant votre séjour car cela n'était pas possible entre le séjour précédent et le votre car les voyageurs précédents sont partis quelques heures avant votre arrivée. Günstige Unterkunft für kürzere Aufenthalte

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Wenn die Doppelfenster geschlossen sind, ist der Lärm erträglich. Bäckerei, Post, Apotheke, kleiner Lebensmittelladen in fußläufiger Nähe. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Geringe Auswahl an einfachen Restaurants. Wohnung bietet eine angenehme Größe. Einfache Küche, Kühl-Gefrierkombi. Kaffemaschine war kaputt, Herd u. Ofen waren verschmutzt. Wohnung und Bad sonst sauber. In der Dusche heißes Wasser sofort mit kräftigem Strahl. Service durch die Vermieter etwas holprig, aber nett. Handtücher waren noch feucht, Küchenhandtücher fehlten. Wohnung renoviert, dennoch alles etwas angeschrabbelt.

Prima voor een paar dagen

Het huisje ligt wel in een buitenwijk van Parijs. Wat goed te merken is. 3 slaap kamers bedoelen ze mee 2 slaapkamers en een slaapbank in woonkamer. Voor 6 mensen erg kleine appartement. Verder we hebben er toch nog prima geslapen. En het was 34 graden dus rest van de tijd buiten gezeten als we in het appartement moesten zijn.

Schöner Rückzugsort

Wir haben zwei schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und angenehm. Leider war der Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht sonderlich gemütlich, sodass meine Nächte immer sehr kurz waren. Aufgrund der Parksituation vor der Türe empfiehlt es sich das Auto Abends etwas höher zu parken.

Très agréable

Séjour très agréable, arrivés pour une chasse au trésor, petit moment très sympathique, en famille, car une personne au tel que nous avons appelée nous a guidés pour trouver les clés. On a eu un vrai moment de détente. L appartement est très propre .. juste un manque de sonorisation mais cela ne nous a pas gêné pour autant. La gérance est plutôt très sympas.disponible a tout moment.

Le propriétaire m’as mal alaise dès son arrivée il n’arrêtait pas de faire des allé retour puis il nous a viré de l’appart’ a 2h du matin et m’a rendu tout mon j’ai même pas dormi une nue dans cet appart’argent le propriétaire est désagréable méchant

Theresia est une voyageuse que je ne recommande pas. Sur l'annonce, il est précisé que les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. Elle a été prévenu téléphoniquement que nous n'acceptions pas les fêtes. Elle a organisée une fête qui a réveillé tout le voisinage. A fuir!
