Maredimo village Porto casa 5, located in the Lapa district, above the town hall, known for its history of the Republican Guard on Horseback, its Islands including that of Maredimo. Maredimo village is a small village of 7 small houses, small nests, where we recreated a Lusitano village with its colors, its azulejos and its Potugese calcada in the ground of the courtyard, while keeping a place Zen for the interiors. The houses are close to buses 50m from the metro 200m and shops
Maredimo Village Porto is located above the town hall, at the fork of the two directions either ocean on the right or straight on the Douro
you are in a quiet place in the city center
you are next to universities, Sao Joao hospital, etc.

pretty little house

we were a group of 3 and we were very happy with our stay. the house is clean and the spot is easy to find. you can easily walk our drive in the city by train.the communication with eddie was good and he’s very kind

Good situation

The apartment is finely started distance from most of Porto's central attractions. The apartment can accommodate 4 people but best for 2. With access to west-facing terrace. Parking on public land in Rua Cervantes close by.

Would recommend for one to two persons max.

We appreciate the area although a little far walking to downtown. Restaurant nearby interesting. Surely I would consider if I am alone or with my wife. Very clean and the host was perfect in all communication we had. Eddie thumb’s up.

Cute commuter apartment

Eddie was extremely communicative throughout the entire process! Apartment was clean and had several cool updates, like recessed lighting and electric shades. The Italian shower was also quite refreshing and easy to care for, and the ice maker was a nice luxury add on as well. Both the couch and the bed were comfortable. There was no operational exhaust for the bathroom or WC (that we could find), and the exhaust ports themselves were covered in thick dust. The closet containing the boiler in the bedroom was also a bit musty/smelly, but overall the apartment was quite clean. Overall, a nice, extremely reasonable place to stay in Porto with a quiet, secure location and a very communicative host.

Gute Unterkunft in Porto

Die 2-stöckige Unterkunft bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt um Porto zu erkunden. U-Bahnen und Busse sind in ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, in der Innenstadt ist man dann nach zwei-drei Haltestellen (U-Bahn). Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gibt ein Babybett und Handtücher/Bettwäsche. Die Kommunikation mit Eddie lief prima, er antwortete immer sehr zügig und war sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafsofa, welches wir jedoch nicht benötigten. Optimal ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen (+evtl. 1 Kind).

Magnifique visite de la ville, nous avons beaucoup beaucoup marché! Nous étions ravis de retrouver le calme et le confort de l'appartement avec sa terrasse le soir et même le matin!
