Great location close to everything plus a parking spot included. The elevator is possibly the slowest currently in operation, so plan accordingly. The room was large and well appointed, great kitchen, and had extra fans since there is no AC. Word of advice though, sleeping in on warm nights is probably not a thing. The blinds aren’t great and you get sunrise light in your face because the bed faces the windows but you need them open for the cool air. It wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again, just some awareness.

Handy location
Location was close to Main Street, but noises from fans, housekeeping (??) systems outside the windows kept it noisy throughout the night, so windows had to be closed. Mattress needs replacing, very lumpy. No Covid precautions seemed to be in place inside the condo. No cleaned then sealed remotes, no double pillowcases - things we have experienced at other lodging. Overall clean, large bathroom and space. veru comfortable and overhead fan helped with air.

Thank you for staying with us, Renee. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, layout, and coziness of the home. However, we regret that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We are very sorry to hear about the issue with the noise. Regrettably, those things are out of our control. We have passed your concerns to our local manager who will work with the homeowner to address the noise issues. We regret that the beds were not suitable for your party, and we appreciate this feedback as an area to improve for the future. To protect the health and safety of our guests, owners, and employees and to combat the spread of Covid-19, we have launched expanded cleaning measures through our Vacasa Premium Clean procedures. This new program meets or exceeds CDC cleaning recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts, such as the Vacation Rental Management Association's SafeHome guidelines. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!

Needs some work
The place is a nice size and fairly clean. Great location. Nice pool and hot tubs.
However there were a few things that made the trip not great. The ceiling fan makes a terrible noise that we couldn’t sleep with so had to have the windows open for air flow. It was very noisy outside until late and then early morning. We did not sleep peacefully.
The mattress is worn and lumpy, needs to be replaced as well as the pillows. The fridge just froze everything even after setting it lower. The shower curtain doesnt have magnets so did not stay in place and the floor got wet every time we showered.

Cristin, thank you for sharing your experience, we are so pleased our home was a good fit for you and that you enjoyed the location! That said, we truly apologize for the issues you experienced that detracted from your stay. We have shared your comments with the local manager who has assured us that they shared your feedback about the bed with the owner and have addressed the fan. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
The location was great and the unit was nice. We knew there was no A/C so it was a bit warm. It would be nice to have a fan to put in the window. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
Property is a short walk from the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9, closest we’ve been in over 20 years of visiting Breckenridge. Location on Main St. is convenient to shopping and dining as well.
Room is spacious enough for my wife and I, but has limitations that we experienced at most rental properties, and that is that rooms are decorated to look nice but are not as functional as could be for ski trips.
1. No place to hang damp clothing, except a small closet and over furniture. Wall hooks around the room would be most welcome.
2. Room lighting is kind of dim, could use more and brighter lights.

Flight Delay/ One Night Stay
Check in was delayed. Didn't receive access to the room until 4:30pm. Staff was friendly. Room was clean except one crusty spot on the reclining chair. Room is much nicer than the pictures represent. Underground parking is a big bonus. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs replaced, very loud and after a few minutes sound like a hammer drill. a Bit more expensive than some surrounding rentals but the location is excellent.

Great location
7 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. 30 second walk to town. Lol
A good spot for a single family or a couple or a small group of friends that don’t mind sharing a single bathroom and a very small but efficient kitchen. We did have one issue. The electric burners were not connected properly after they had been cleaned. That took us a few minutes to figure out. All in all, a great location.
