Awesome communication! Wonderful way to spend time with friends and family with lots to do and fun amenities! So glad the air conditioning worked so well because it was hot outside with crazy humidity! Overall a great place in a great our of the city area.

Texas Family Spring Break

We had a fabulous time, the amenities at this property were over the top, our family had the best time!We loved the waterslide, the minigolf, frisbee golf, soccer field, and zipline. Communication was great!

Friends and Family vacation and this location was perfect for all ages. The lagoon was amazing and the kids loved the slide. Owner was so easy to communicate with. So much to do!

So Amazing

So much to do!

We checked in and received a full tour of the property. There was more to do than you realize just from looking at the pics. This place is perfect for a large group: more activities than I can recall and plenty of beds for everyone. I will be staying here again.

We lucked out getting this gem on the second weekend of October. The weather was awesome, hot during the day so we all got to enjoy the lagoon and the pool, then it was cool at night so the hot tub and fire pit were very enjoyable. We used this space to celebrate my twins’ 16 birthday and it was a huge hit! We were so excited to share our find with family and friends and everyone was discussing what we can use this space for next! We can’t wait to come back!

My fiancé and I had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party here and it was SO FUN!! the owners were so helpful (even when I needed assistance with the slide at midnight!!!) and answered all questions. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Retreat

We loved this property. Perfect for our large family. There was room for everyone and everything we needed for a getaway. The best part was the amazing outdoor space-the kids did not want to come inside!!! Property manager was so easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

Senior Class party

Excellent property with almost every amenity and entertainment option available! One more bathroom in the guesthouse would make it ideal. Pond with slide was amazing. The group loved all the different games. The beach portion by the pond was nice. Great semi secluded location. Would highly recommend!

Fun! Fun! Fun!

This house is amazing and has a lot of amenities. The teenagers kept themselves busy and had a blast. You know if it is teenager approved it is a great place. The house is clean and there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. I would definitely stay here again. It is a great place for a large group. The host was very nice and explained everything. Thank you for a great stay.

Host was an efficient communicator. Excellent grounds with many activities for the entire family. The house itself is somewhat run down. Most things worked but not all. Generally a shortage of bathrooms relative to the number of people the property accommodates. A great house for a party and catered food. Not the best choice if you are sleeping a bunch of people for more than a night or two.

Perfect Experience

I had my daughters Celbration of Life at the property. We were treated with compassion, personal, yet professional. The property was in perfect working condition and served all our needs. We were very well taken care of. I sent this to the property owners this morning….. You guys have been amazing. It turned out awesome. It was a hard day but also a great celebration. My family will forever return to your property to celebrate our things. In honor of my beautiful daughter.

Texas Bachelor Party

Our stay at Oak Leaf was one we will never forget. We had 14 people on bachelor party. Todd and his brother Jason were accommodating and easily accessible for questions. The property was expansive and never seemed to end! We enjoyed relaxing in the concrete pond and pool. We played about 18 rounds of disc golf on the property. The house slept 6 of us in our own beds, while others slept in the bunks in the garage, and others slept in the air conditioned cabin on property. The property was an easy ride into Arlington for All Star festivities and Ubers/Lyfts were readily available both ways. Jason covered everything on the grounds when we checked in. Thank you Todd and Jason for accommodating us!

THIS IS A MUST!!!!

I wish I would've recorded the kid's reaction when we arrived at this home! The "pond" is AMAZING! The waterslide is FANTASTIC! The pool is PERFECT! The hosts are fantastic and so accommodating. You don't need to leave this beautiful home for anything. Pizza and Walmart deliver right to the front door! Lots of fast food, grocery stores and other things you need are about 5-10 minutes from the house. We wish we would've booked a few more nights. The guys went on a hog hut (30 minutes from the house. Three Curl Outfitters.), we went to Fort Worth, the kids tried to catch fireflies, enjoyed family time and partied by the pool. The kids cried when we left and we're planning on returning soon. There was something for everyone in our family of 18 to do (83 to 1 years old). We highly recommend this property!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Family Get together

The kids had a wonderful time outside with the zip line, soccer/volleyball, canoeing, sliding and hiking around the property. I give an A+ for the memories made between the 13 first cousins. The inside of the property was not quite the same. Overall, the appearance was ok, but we did encounter several broken appliances and maintenance issues. The property manager was attentive and fixed some of the issues while we were there. There was not sufficient silverware and dishes for 21 people but we had brought our own just in case. Though the property sleeps 30, there are no indoor bathrooms in the bunk house - you have to use the main house 1/2 bath downstairs. For the guest house, you have to go outside to the outdoor bath house. The house is just older and not quite as clean though out as we expected . the house & guest house could use a makeover and repairs. But for the outdoor space and the ability to set around a fire and be together, it was perfect.
