Just outside the Morvan Regional Nature Park, 3 minutes from the Combes Amusement Park, and 20 minutes from the great vineyards of Burgundy and the Canal du Centre, our comfortable home, situated in a quiet location on the edge of a wood, will let you enjoy the countryside while still being just 2 km from the heart of town, the Château de la Verrerie, and its magnificent green park. You’ll have easy access to all amenities while enjoying the region’s many tourist attractions, including Autun, Beaune, Cluny

A 120 m² home with a 30 m² open terrace facing east. The property is fully fenced with an electric gate, offers privacy, and is set back from the high street.
In the summer, you can enjoy delicious barbecues (gas) by the heated pool and its relaxation area.
