The space was decorated beautifully. Clean, comfy and cozy. The host was accommodating and responsive. The location was away from everything but close enough to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica!

i lived in pacific palisades and malibu for 30years and knew the area of the home quite well, hence booking.the home/ location worked perfectly for us.a tranquil, excellent home and location.the room and bath were nicely appointedand both front and side patio were private.would definitely book again.although we had a car, we booked a waymo for dinner. amazing.

Cute property. My daughter and I were traveling together and felt very safe.They were very responsive and great to work with.However,I missed the reviews about no AC - luckily our second night it was cooler, however, the first night was very hot and stuffy. My daughter’s seasonal allergies prevented us from opening the windows - so it was a complete sleepless night. And we avoided showering to prevent the heat and added humidity. This would prevent me from recommending.

Sunny room in a beautiful quiet neighborhood one block from the rose garden on Ocean Ave. Shops around the corner on Montana. Not far by car from the pier and 3rd Street Promenade. We enjoyed our stay very much.
