Gut gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und sind am Anreisetag Abends extra nochmals vorbeigekommen um ein zusätzlich benötigtes Bettzeug und Handtücher vorbeizubringen. Die Küchenaustattung ist mit 3 Kochplatten recht vollständig und funktionsfähig. Es gibt sogar 2 Toiletten. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit und Anwesenheit von künstlichem Licht muss man sich momentan vor zahlreichen Hornissen in acht nehmen. Sie sind aber weitaus weniger aggressiv als vergleichbare Wespen. Der Mähroboter war friedlich und hat nur einmal Hilfe benötigt als er sich verfangen hatte. Das Kinderzimmerfenster im oberen Stockwerk kann wegen fehlender Brüstung und dadurch Absturzgefahr nicht geöffnet werden was ein Offen lassen der Türe zum Lüften in der Nacht notwendig macht. Die Dusche ist sehr modern ausgestattet.In der Badewanne im anderen Raum sollte man eher sitzen bleiben um das Zimmer trocken zu lassen. Bisweilen ist in der Umgebung des Hauses ein leicht schwefeliger Geruch zu vernehmen , dessen Ursache ich aber nicht herausfinden konnte. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist gut befahrbar, allerdings nicht gepflastert oder befestigt, so dass man ihn nicht reinigen kann um weniger Schmutz und Nadeln der Bäume über die Terrasse ins Haus zu bringen.Alles in allem aber eine wirklich eine sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft die ich guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen kann.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ein top ausgestattet Haus in ruhiger Lage. Ein wirklich tolles Objekt. Es war mega. Ein Hinweis nur. Man sollte sich gut kennen und kein Problem damit haben, dass man sich Duschzeiten einrichten kann.

Geschmackvolles und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr sauberes und auffallend geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einem ruhigen, gewachsenen und typisch bretonischem Wohngebiet. Großer Garten mit schöner und sonniger Holzterrasse sowie gepflegtem Aufstellpool. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die auch Eigentümer des Hauses sind, war sehr gut. Auf Fragen und Wünsche wurde umgehend geantwortet.

Beautiful house in a lovely area

We booked this house for a last minute family holiday booking for our family of 5, (2 adults, 3 children 11, 16 and 18 years old). The house is recently renovated and absolutely stunning. The older two children did argue over not wanting the room with leafy wallpaper. but that was the only argument in nearly 2 weeks on holiday together! Having a room for each child is essential to us to ensure a peaceful holiday. so a 4 bedroomed property was a must have. We enjoyed using the (unheated) pool each evening, we had great weather for our stay and the pool temperature varied between 24-35 degrees Celsius. One of our family is disabled and found the pool ladder unstable for him to use. We contacted the owners and the following morning the ladder was modified which gave us more confidence in it's safety. There are a few little features missing such as a towel holder in the downstairs bathroom, but nothing to detract from a great stay. The owners are French and speak very little English, we are English and speak very little French so communication was difficult but we got by with a translation app! The welcome book with all the house information was in French, it would be helpful for future guests if this could be translated into different languages. The area was rural but close to many lovely beaches and a great base to explore the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to recommend this property.
