HOA amenities include indoor & outdoor hot tubs, changing/locker rooms, steam shower, sauna, a well-equipped workout room, covered parking, and summer tennis and outdoor pool. Adjacent to the Tram building, this condo also offers a balcony with gas grill overlooking Le Chamois and with spectacular views of the ski area.

11% Placer County lodging tax, 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax, and 0.5% OV/AM MD Assessment are added to your reservation.

Spacious condo in the village!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend visit to palisades. Condo had everything we needed - kitchen was well stocked. Very comfy couch. Would love to stay here again!

Unfortunate check in

The rooms were great as well as the location. We had an unfortunate situation where the front door could not be unlocked. We were told it was because the door hadn’t been opened in months. But it took over an hour for a handyman to come and pretty much pry it open. Since it was so late at night, he wasn’t able to fully fix the door and therefore we couldn’t leave and shut the door without getting locked out again, so we had to keep it a jar when we left to get dinner. We were only there for one night, so I’m not sure what would’ve happened if we were there for longer. It felt like an issue that could’ve been handled if someone had come and checked on the property before we arrived.

This two bedroom two bath unit was perfect. Great location. Steps to the Village. Fully equipped kitchen. Property has swimming pool & gym Check in was easy. Quick response from Property Manager. We will definitely be back

DISGUSTING!!

The unit not been cleaned or maintained properly for quite sometime! Upon arrival we noticed dead bugs on the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom had large hair balls on the floor and hair in the shower/bath! When I notified property manager he came to unit and proceeded to tell us they have been getting complaints for the last few months about the cleaning and maybe his 71 year old cleaner isn’t doing as good as he used too! That was an understatement!! I have stayed at Squaw Valley Lodge in the past, but not through this management company and I have never walked into a dirty unit. This was not how I wanted to start my 5 night stay! I will NEVER book through this management company ever again!! All I can say is, DISGUSTING!!!
