House in a rural environment, in the quiet of nature.
Because it is located in the center of the country, it is suitable for those who want to know from Lisbon to Porto
Just 5 km from Pombal, 35 km from Coimbra and 35 km from Leiria, be sure to visit Fátima, Nazaré, Batalha, Figueira da Foz...
The beach of the whalebone is just 30 km away and for lovers of the mountains, Sicó is right next door.
The garden at the back of the house is completely private and enclosed where children can roam freely without danger, it is where the fully fenced barbecue area and the 120 m2 patio allow you to enjoy an outdoor barbecue with all the amenities. privacy.
The swimming pool, and the entire surrounding area, as well as the trampoline, table football, darts, petanque is for the exclusive use of our guests.
In the games room all machines work in freeplay mode.
In the movie theater you can enjoy movies or series that you can choose from several streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney +, cable channels.
If you book only two nights during the week, the price will be the same as the weekend, as the website program does not have this function, so we will have to ask for the difference.

Amazing place between ocean and mountains !

We can't count the number of details that made the trip so good at Isabel and Antonio our friendly hosts in Portugal : giant modern clean house, swimming pool, ping pong table, children area, trampoline... Ad to that a nice country with lot of historic sites and you can guess that yes we'll be back !

Big Family holiday

We have a fantastic time at Casa EmCanto we were a family group with children aged 6 months to 10years. The facilities were amazing and enabled a really relaxing hoilday for us all. The house is very quietly situated, very spacious with really nice and up to date interior, including kitchen and living room with all facilities. wifi is ok. great garden, nice big pool, lots of stuff to do in the garden for the kids. the owning family lives in the basement but gives you lots of privacy and are really very helpful with everything and very hospitable Coimbra is very close but also the famous monasteries down south are a nice day visit Thanks so much for our lovely stay in July 2018 (Dutch family with three children)

Wonderful Family Villa

We are a big family and this villa had it all ! Kids were well catered for with toys/games/pool/garden space/Netflix and adults too can enjoy the surroundings and the villa itself. It was cleaned to perfection !! The decor was immaculate and our holiday was a huge success. It is a rural location so a car is crucial unless you just want to cycle locally - which we did ! Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful at all times! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. All in all I would highly recommend :-)

Fantastic house to spend a fantastic holiday amongst friends and family

We had a fantastic stay in Pombal. The house is just amazing as it foresees in everything a large group can dream of. Lots of space to preserve intimacy while being all together. Kitchen will all possible furniture and outside barbecue. Lots of entertainment opportunities inside and outside: amazing man's cave with darts, bar, pool table and en extra waouw cinema room, pentanque field, soccer, volleyball and of course a really nice swimming pool. The view on the surroundings when you are in the garden is very enjoyable as well. The garden is big and provides also the opportunity to peacefully rest or read a book while the others are making fun at the swimming pool. One can notice the owners are doing everything with passion and attention for the smaller details: the house is decorated with good taste and there is a finishing touch to improve even more the experience: a beautiful flower in the bathroom, a nice refreshing smell in the cave's toilet, etc; I highly recommend this house to spend an unforgettable stay with family and friends.

This house has it all

We were a group of three families of four and we stayed for a week. The house is simply incredible. Even better than the photos! We had an excellent week, the teens and tweens had endless fun, so many options: the pool is excellent and the football goal / basketball hoop / table tennis / volleyball / pétanque outside is all brilliant. Then there’s the fantastic games and karaoke room which we fully enjoyed. It’s a truly excellent house for having fun and creating great memories. But there is also so much tranquility at the house. The courtyard area with the bbq is so relaxing to sit in, the pool area (when the kids aren’t jumping in!) is peaceful and there are lots of areas such as the swing chair which is very zen. The fresh tomatoes and herbs which are plentiful and available to guests is also brilliant. We mainly stayed at the house - no need to leave! But Pombal has all the shops you could need including a good butcher. We did one day trip to have a surf lesson at Nazaré which was 45mins drive. We all highly recommend this holiday house, probably the best holiday rental we have or ever will visit!

Superbe maison . Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants et adolescents. La maison a de très nombreuses distractions, impossible de s'y ennuyer. Séjour inoubliable

Nous étions 3 familles d'Amis, les parents, les grands enfants et leurs moitiés ou Amie, et aussi un petit-fils de 2,5 ans, soient 15 personnes. Nous avons fêté les 18 ans de notre fils, il en gardera certainement un souvenir inoubliable. Antonio et Isabelle sont des gens extrêmement bienveillants, tellement attentionnés, de vraies personnes authentiques et même plus que ça, à l'image des portugais, d'une gentillesse et d'un sens de l'hospitalité sans limite. La villa, idéalement située entre Porto et Lisbonne est juste exceptionnelle, au-delà de nos espérance, encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, adaptée pour tout âge, impossible de s'ennuyer, propreté irréprochable. Nous la recommandons les yeux fermés et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. Du Portugal nous retiendrons l'accueil des portugais et la propreté de ce pays même des grandes villes Porto et Lisbonne. Fim-de-semana Perfeito!

Alugamos este alojamento para um fim-de-semana com amigos e de entre as procuras esta foi a única que cumpriu todos os requisitos, número de cama suficiente para um grupo grande, sala de jogos, piscina e espaço exterior com o bónus da sala de cinema. Mas nada nos preparava para a realidade que encontrámos. A Sr.ª Isabel que nos acolheu super bem, com um miminho à entrada, casa bem decorada e tudo pronto para a estadia. Cozinha bem equipada com todos os utensílios para um grupo grande. A realidade superior todas as nossas expectativas e todos aproveitamos da melhor forma as instalações. Excelente!!

Antonio and Isabel were fantastic hosts could not have asked for better the villa had everything and more the children enjoyed the goats and ducks it was a little tricky to find at the start but the community were so nice and couldn’t do more to help the water in the pool was a little cold and the bath was not working during our stay but it did not effect the grandeur for the villa there was plenty of room for 11 of us and the cinema and games room were fantastic we had a wonderful holiday thank you Antonio,Isabel and family

Somos um grupo de amigos que, como tantos outros, não se encontrava há muito tempo por conta da situação que vivemos. Escolhemos esta casa para o reencontro e não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor. A Isabel foi uma simpatia connosco, acolhedora, disponível, prestável… bem, foi uma experiência incrível. A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa. Todos nós gostamos e com certeza que iremos voltar. Todos os anos juntamos um grupo de amigos para relaxar e fazer umas jantaradas. Este ano decidimos que seria Pombal, e não poderiamos ter escolhido casa melhor. O António e a Isabel foram impecáveis. A casa com excelentes condições e muito bem equipada. A zona muito calma, ótima para que descansar da azáfama da cidade. Voltaremos sem qualquer dúvida.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit vielen Freizeitaktivitäten vor Ort. Schöner großer sauberer Pool.. Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus.. Für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz ( können auch mehr sein)... Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich genügend vorhanden, jedoch etwas unkomfortabel.. Vielleicht wäre es möglich 3 Tonnen für den unterschiedlichen Müll bereit stellen.. Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und Aufmerksam und stets zu erreichen.. wir möchten uns hiermit für die tollen und erholsamen Urlaubtage bedanken!!

Une maison extraordinaire en pleine campagne avec de multiples activités

Une maison qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos mais encore plus impressionnante en réalité. Des propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et disponibles qui d'entrée vous mettent en confiance et vous font confiance. Sur place vous avez une multitude d'activités proposées, trampoline, ensemble maison avec balançoire et toboggan, et un château gonflable pour les petits, arc, fléchettes, tennis de table, tir à l'arc, baby foot portugais, terrain et boules (8 - plus bientôt) de pétanque, vélos dont un tandem,... et une vraie piscine. Un coin barbecue avec four à pain ou à pizzas... Et la maison est parfaite pour un groupe, 3 chambres au rdc (2 avec lits deux places) avec salle de bain à côté ou dans la chambre pour la suite parentale et 2 chambres au 1er, une avec 4 couchages et l'autre avec un lit deux places et une salle de bain commune. On pourrait presque se perdre à l'intérieur et ne profiter que de la maison et de ses extérieurs tellement elle se prête au farniente. Très accessible que l'on vienne de Porto ou de Lisbonne à 150 kms environ de chacune des deux villes via l'autoroute (1h15). Idéale pour des vacances reposantes avec des multiples escapades dans la région, pour tous les goûts. Le top.
