Pink Palm: Dog-friendly, 6-bedroom, 3-min walk to beach!

Pink Palm is one of the most impressive vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island! The home is located just a half a block away from one of the island's most sought after beaches, Magnolia Beach. You will be walking distance to some of AMI's favorite dining spots, including The Porch, Ginny & Jane E’s, Harry’s Grill, Mademoiselle Paris and The Sandbar, where you can dine with your toes in the sand!.

The home is situated on beautiful grounds on an exclusive residential street with a heated pool and hot tub. There is gorgeous new outdoor furniture to relax on by the pool and all 4 balconies. What a view from the top!!

The main floor has a master bedroom with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a separate kid's dining room stocked with games and books. The upper floor has 5 bedrooms and a separate room with seating and a tv. Bring your DVD's and video games!

There are 6 bedrooms upgraded with new mattresses in Fall 2021. Come enjoy Paradise at the Pink Palm!!

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great proximity to everything you need in Anna Maria. If you are staying on the island for the duration of your trip, no car necessary. The golf cart is perfect.

It was beautiful perfect place to stay super close to the beach, enough room for everyone , we all had amazing times! We caught fish, saw dolphins, collected shells, it meant a lot to everyone to be there together. We were very thankful to spend time together, thank you for this opportunity

Pink palm vacation

Great house in perfect location for beach , restaurants, and shopping! We could walk to most places, or a short drive away from the rest. Would definitely book again! Accommodations for 12 was easy, even had spare beds!

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for 14 family members. The pool area was great to hang out with the kids. There were areas where everyone could hang out in the house separately if they wanted to get away.

Amazing!

We loved everything about this house! Tons of room for every one to spread out in our group of 13 inside and outside. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The location is great and it's a very short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great house for a group

We had 4 families with several teens. The house was great and the location is awesome. We had a little trouble with the pool, but they sent someone right out to get it up and running. Would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing! We loved that we could walk to the beach. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Sadly, we evacuated due to Hurricane Ian, but the property reimbursed us promptly for the days not used. I would definitely rent again.

Great place

We loved the house and the location was awesome! Only complaint we had was the floors was filthy our feet were black after walking on them! Also apparently they don’t wash the bedding every time because some of the beds had sand in them!

Best vacation

It was the best location. Everything was clean and beautiful interior. Loved the pool and hot tub. Added bonus was rooftop to watch sunsets. Easy walk to to Sand bar. Stores on pine street. Rented an 8 person golf cart was great idea. Some 8 beach chairs and wagon in garage came in handy. 1 block to the beach. We loved all the bedrooms and big family room. Definitely coming back again. The ultimate vacation for 7 girls trip

Our family of 14 had a great week at the pink palm. Large living space, short walk to beach, great backyard with hot tub, pool, and seating area. We loved the location. Close to Pine street where there are shops and restaurants. A real plus was being right next door to The Porch, where we had our best dining experience on the island. Almost anything you need is within walking distance and Publix is an 8 minute drive.

Everything was amazing! The location can’t be beat. The only negative was that there weren’t nearly enough of the standard house supplies for our group of 12. (Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap)

Amazing Property with Great Locationnn

Only Comment, which isn't property owners fault. The parking spaces in front of the property which we were using for our stay, if we left, would get taken. The first 2 days, they were occupied for well over 12 hours each day. WE went and bought a sign that said, No Public Parking in order for us to be able to park. We left the sign in the yard. :)

They thought of thing I wouldn't have! The stay was perfect! The pool area was laid out for memories we will keep with us for ever. The location was central to beach, Slims bar (Lobster Mac & cheese) and Pine Avenue. The house layout was open and inviting. Can't find one thing to complain about! Loved it!

Fabulous for Families!

We came with 8 adults and 5 young children. This property was beautiful and spacious from bottom to top; with plenty of options to spread out. The location to the beach was a nice, short walk, just enough with young kids and we were able to go back and forth easily throughout the day. The outdoor pool and lanai area was a great hangout space for all 13 of us (although a little more sunlight on and around the pool would have been nice for when you did hang there during the day). We have already booked our trip to return next year! The management team was easy to deal with and always answered our questions. We can’t wait to come back to the Pink Palm next year! 🌴

Great location with space for entire family

The pink house was a perfect location for a family-friendly location. The pool/hot tub was great, minus the local mosquitos. The house is within walking distance of the beach and has a wagon. We used beach bums to rent beach chairs and umbrellas which was also convenient. We did have an issue with the refrigerator which was quickly solved. The only "complaint" we would have is the AC can only be set to 74 during the day and 72 at night. We are used to sleeping in 68/70 degrees so that was an adjustment. Also, the water pressure was not great in some of the showers. Overall, a good rental!

Perfect for multi family group

We loved our stay at the pink palm! It was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Very clean and updated. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Games. A few beach toys and chairs. Beautiful pool. Easy 3 minute walk over to the beach. Lots of space to spread out. Our only issue was they didn't leave nearly enough toilet paper for 12 people so we had to buy some more. But not a huge deal. Highly recommend! We all want to come stay here again. Also only steps away from Ginny and Jane Es cafe - beat food in town!
