This 2-bed, 1-bath haven is immersed in Wisconsin charm – ideal for relaxation and wildlife gazing. Yet, a mere 20 minutes from the vibrant Wisconsin Dells (Uber available). Explore state parks, indulge in Ho Chunk Casino's excitement, or dive into snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and skiing, all just minutes away. Your retreat to rustic bliss awaits! Book your stay now!
The space
Gambling at Ho Chunk Casino is also just minutes away in addition to snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and skiing. The newly-renovated rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms and one spacious full bath with a full kitchen available for your use, which has all the needed accessories for a get away in addition to 3 smart TV's for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook for a party of 4 or a small romantic meal. Cozy up to the fire pit outdoors or enjoy a BBQ at the outdoor covered picnic area, which is the perfect place to spend the day relaxing, visiting, or simply enjoying the brilliance of Southeast Wiscsonsin's starry sky. Wildlife sightings regularly include deer, turkey, fox, chipmunks, squirrels, and dozens of species of birds. The property is on a body of water* with a private pier that you can fish from and also enjoy the views of the water, in season. Adams County Castle Rock Park is about 20 minutes away and open year-round, which is a 141 acre park on the 4th largest body of water in Wisconsin. The park also has a designated swimming area, boat launch and snowmobile unload/load area.

As a Premier Host, we aim to ensure you have the most comfortable stay possible. We hope you and your guests create lasting memories during your visit! To maintain a pleasant and safe environment, we ask that you respect and follow these house rules during your stay.
Please keep food and drink in the kitchen and living area. Kindly take your shoes off at the door to help keep the space clean and comfortable. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the grounds. Please respect this policy and refrain from smoking on the premises.
No outside visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval from the host. The grill is for guest use only, so please refrain from hosting parties on the property. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. We also ask that you do not rearrange the furniture during your stay.
A fridge with basic condiments is available for your use. While we try to ensure items are up to date, consuming these is at your own discretion, and the host is not responsible for any items consumed.
Pets are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge, and additional cleaning fees may apply. Approved pets must stay in the tile-floored room inside the house, be kenneled at night (a kennel will be provided), and remain on a leash at all times when outdoors, as required by local law.
If a party is hosted without the host’s permission and results in extra cleaning or disrupts the neighbors, guests will be charged for the additional cleaning. In the event of neighbor complaints or significant disruptions, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be reported to VRBO. If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs of any kind, authorities will be contacted, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be reported to VRBO.
Hot Tub Rules
Guests are required to follow the hot tub usage rules to ensure safety, maintain water quality, and protect the equipment. All guests must shower before using the hot tub to help maintain water quality and prevent contamination. Do not add any soaps, oils, or other chemicals to the hot tub water. Introducing such substances may result in damage to the equipment and additional cleaning fees.
For safety reasons, glassware is strictly prohibited in or near the hot tub; plastic cups have been provided for your convenience. Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the hot tub. Unsupervised use by children is not allowed. After use, the hot tub cover must be replaced to retain heat, prevent debris from entering the water, and ensure safety. Guests must follow the Hot Tub Cover Lifter Instructions provided.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the hot tub or its components, including the cover and lifter system, during their stay. Any required repairs or replacements resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these rules will be charged to the guest. By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. The property owner and host are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising from the use of the hot tub. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges for cleaning, repairs, or replacement and could lead to the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Breaking the house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. The host/owner and their insurance agency are not personally, legally, or financially responsible for any injuries, theft, flood, fire, or other damage to the guest or their belongings that occur on the owner's property during the guest's stay. Additionally, guests are responsible for any damages or theft caused during their stay, and a claim may be filed against them or through other legal means as permitted by law.

I was raised in Lisbon, WI and dedicated ten years of my life serving as a firefighter for the Lisbon Fire Department. Alongside my role there, I also worked at the Hartland Fire Department. After retiring as a Lieutenant from the Hartland Fire Department, where I had the privilege of serving my community for a decade, I reflect on my unwavering passion for assisting individuals during their most challenging times. Going the extra mile is second nature to me when it comes to helping others. In my personal life, my wife Shayla and I find joy in exploring the northern regions, engaging in hunting and fishing activities, and embarking on new and exciting adventures. We cherish the opportunity to create lasting memories along the way.
