Luxury house + pool, 50 m from sea in quiet romantic villa area near local shops

Our beautiful house is located in the popular Breton village Saint Lunaire, in an upper class neighborhood surrounded by beautiful belle époque villas and in walking distance from romantic and authentic shops.

This beachfront property lies at 50 m from the local family beach and 800 m from a well-known surf beach.Tennis courts, a yacht club and one of the oldest and charming golf clubs in France with greens overlooking the sea can all be found nearby. The whole area is quiet and very clean.

The house comes with a (shared) heated pool, it has been decorated with high quality and design and comes fully equipped for any duration of stay.

The Gite is a semi-detached cottage that is part of what used to be a romantic hotel property. The complex itself consists of three beautiful old buildings that have been completely renovated in 2014.

The house is just under 100 square m and has been completely renovated and carefully redecorated in 2015.

The first floor houses two large bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. The entire ground floor serves as an open plan living space: it contains a large sitting area as well as a fully equipped kitchen island. Because of in total fourteen windows, the use of a lot of wood and the high ceilings, the house has a lot of light and feels spacious and warm.
The sitting area also has a modern looking sleeping coach for two people. On this floor there is a separate toilet.

Upstairs the Gite has a large design bathroom with both bathtub and a shower area. There are two large bedrooms, one with a double and one with two single beds. The beds have high quality matrasses and bedlinnen. Both bedrooms have lovely views of the sea and surrounding villas.
Furthermore there is a separate toilet and a separate dressing room with a wash/dryer and a space for clothing.

The Gite has strong wifi througout and a tv with Orange digital channels. The tv has the possibility to play mp4, avi etc from a usb-stick.

The Gite has a private parking space and is flanked by two small garden patios. These gardens allow for enjoying dinner outside (space for six) and reading your favourite book on a luxury canapé.

as mentioned the house comes with access to a heated swimming pool (low chlorine, June-September). The pool is located on the other side of the main building at a distance of 20 m and shared with the other apartments in the estate. In reality the pool is usually very quiet due to the beach’s vicinity.
