Cozy, spacious apartment in the village center

The 100-square-meter apartment features exposed beams throughout. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building right in the heart of Le Grand-Bornand.
It is very quiet since it does not face the street, and thanks to its long balcony (equipped with a table and chairs), it offers a beautiful view of the Tournette massif.

It offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay, while allowing you to enjoy all the village’s activities and events on foot, both in summer and winter.
It includes:
- an entryway with a coat closet
- a spacious, inviting living room with a sofa bed (160), armchairs, a coffee table, a china cabinet, and a wardrobe, as well as a large TV...
- a first bedroom with a double bed (140)
- a second bedroom with two single beds (90) that can be pushed together if needed.
- a third bedroom with a double bed (160) and a travel cot for a baby.
Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe or closet, duvets, pillows, and blankets.
Mattresses and pillows are protected. We do not provide sheets (or duvet covers—sizes will be provided), but a rental service is available.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and shelves.
- A shower room with a shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer.
- A separate toilet with a sink.
- The kitchen, separate from the living room, is spacious and equipped with a table that seats 8 people, as well as everything needed for cooking: a glass-ceramic cooktop with a convection oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Senseo, Nespresso, and French press coffee makers, a SodaStream, raclette and fondue sets....

For winter rentals, a ski storage room is available on the 1st floor.
A locked garage is available for guests to store bicycles.

The apartment is located 500 m from the base of the ski lifts, which are served by free shuttle buses accessible with the guest passes we provide. The shuttle stop is located right at the foot of the building.
Cleaning is included in the rental rate, and for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.

For summer rentals, the rental rate is lower, and a discount may be available for stays longer than one week.

This accommodation is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
