Beautiful Seafront 3Bed, 2Bath, wifi, first line in Altea

Amazing views from the third floor of this first line of sight apartment in front of Mediterranean in the old town of Altea, with 3 bedrooms, sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people including a child cot. The doorman David will welcome you and do the check in (whatsapp him a couple days before arrival). For July and August before reservation pls confirm dates are acceptable if you are proposing mid week checkin/checkout in the summer months. Wifi, water and garbage are free. Electricity is also free for stays of up to 7 days. For over 7 days, utilities are free up to a normal allowance of 5 kwh per day and will be charged at 50 cents per kwh for the excess as per the readings in the meter at the apartment. The apartment is in an established traditional building of the main avenue in Altea, with doorman, ramp to accommodate handicapped. Although the apartment doesnt have air conditioning, there is excellent ventilation due to the sea breeze which runs along the apartment when front windows are open, very spacious, The apartment is 110 square meters (including a superbe 15 m2 front terrace). It includes 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, spacious kitchen, terrace with views from Calpe to the left to Albir to the right. Free street parking in front of the building, behind the building at the local train stop. Many restaurants close by, from very affordable Chinese 2 course lunch, including drink, desert and coffee to more upscale establishments. Supermarket, farmacy, bank nearby. Train station and buses 2 minutes’ walk away. Church at the top of Altea, just 10 minutes’ walk. The complex has no swimming pool but the beach and recreational areas in front of the building are excellent also for small children. The beach has a sand area for volleyball and playing and small white rocks closer to the sea. Furnished for 6 people, plus cot and sofas in the living room. Large kitchen and washer room. The apartment is situated in the same block as the pharmacy and has a gym which leases the ground floor.

Me and my husband like the location, the apartment is very spacious. The Altea beach was a surprise to us because it is rocks instead of sand, and we enjoyed the views and the kids playing downstairs, they have a public soccer field.

Spacious apartment in superb location

We enjoyed out stay in this spacious, airy, well appointed 3 bedroomed apartment overlooking the sea. The new kitchen with modern units, oven and hob was a delight. The location is ideal for swimming, shopping and travel. The only downside was the dated bedding (sheets, duvets, etc) which, we felt, should be renewed. Overall, a great holiday which we would happily recommend.

Great location

We loved watching the beautiful sea from the terrace, where we often had lunch, and to hear the sound of the waves from the master bedroom which has its window into the terrace. The apartment in mostly remodeled although it keeps some of its original old fashion look. It was easy to go to the supermarket next block, or the pharmacy. There is also a nice gym just downstairs... Jose and David were great hosts. We plan to return.

The apartment was in an excellent position but was just a bit tired, balcony area was not very clean. Poor check in no welcome pack just a few biscuits some tea and coffee all in all not the standard we have come to expect over the many years we have travelled with your company. This apartment was my first horrible experience in decades with VRBO! Mold in bathroom, worn out soiled couches, cheap mattrasses where you feel the springs, paper thin bed sheets, patio furniture dirty and torn, unmatched and small cutlery, as if for a child, cracks in the plates, locks on front door are very hard to open and close, no lock on patio door, heater in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work, all frying pans had peeling Teflon, windows are too dirty to look at the beautiful sea, nightstand held together with bandaids etc etc. Advised the owner of all the issues and now he is threatening to charge me for his old tired couch which had a tear in it when I arrived, covered by a pillow. Keep looking, don’t rent this apartment. The only true and redeeming quality here is the view of the Med!

Buen apartamento enfrente del magnífico mar.

Encantados con la elección. Muy amplio piso en primera linea sin ruidos porque la zona de restaurantes está a unos 400 metros. Muy amable el portero que nos hizo el check-in y nos atendió durante toda la estancia. Aunque el edificio es tradicional, hay ascensores nuevos y el.piso está bastante actualizado. Vacaciones muy agradables. Volveremos.

Viel tegen

De foto's op de website zagen er prima uit. In werkelijkheid viel het tegen. De ramen van de serre waren erg vies, bank en tafel waren kapot/versleten en de toiletten spoelden niet goed door. De eigenaar heeft ons geprobeerd om nog extra geld te laten betalen omdat er iets kapot zou zijn aan de koelkast. Op de foto viel niks te zien. Kortom een slechte ervaring

El apartamento es muy grande. Tres habitaciones, un aseo (tenía una ducha, pero muy pequeña) una de las habitaciones con cuarto de baño (grande) y vistas al mar. Un salón bastante grande y equipado con lo necesario. Y una terraza grande con unas vistas bastante bonitas a la playa. Es un piso antiguo con alguna reforma hecha. Parar pasar una semana esta genial. Si vuelvo a Altea, la verdad que no dudaría en volver a cogerle.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en Altea por la.comododad de la vivienda. La vista del mar desde la casa y la cercanía a la plaza. Supermercado, pescaderia, restaurantes. A pesar de ser una calle muy transitada no hemos tenido ruidos y hemos podido aparcar después de nuestros desplazamientos y excursiones. Una casa amplia y cómoda para disfrutar de unos días en compañía de familia o amigos Gracias

Ubicación e inmueble excelentes

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Se oía el mar y corría brisa durante todo el día. Ubicado cerca de todo pero muy tranquilo para descansar. La limpieza regular pero José María ya ha cambiado de empresa y se iba a solucionar. Ha estado pendiente y hemos disfrutado un montón. Volveremos.

Apartamento Altea con Sorpresas Economicas Escondidas

Lo unico bueno de este apartamento es su situacion frente a la playa, eso si, una playa de cantos grandisimos y que se ocultaba en la descripcion del apartamento. La limpieza del apartamento dejaba bastante que desear sobre todo los cristales de la terraza que no dejaban ver el mar de la suciedad que tenian, posiblemente de varios años atras. Los muebles del apartamento muy viejos y desfasados. El inodoro del baño del dormitorio principal tragaba muy mal y en el otro baño la ducha es muy pequeña. En el frigorifico habia varias cosas rotas y el cubo de fregar era imposible su utilizacion. Atencion la LUZ te la cobra aparte y a precio de oro, 0.50 euros/kilowatio al igual que la wifi que nos cobro por 5 dias 12 euros.Si llevais mascota cuidado,esta paga mas que las personas,100 euros por 5 dias. Cuando os haga la liquidacion de lo que teneis que pagar de luz y wifi, cuidado por que se equivoca siempre a su favor. El apartamento no tiene aparcamiento y es casi imposible aparcar en las inmediaciones. En fin, que no volvemos a este apartamento jamas.

Catastrophique/

Nous avons été dupé. Appartement en très mauvais état. Il n'a que la vue pour lui. Des cles rouillé des bouteilles de gaz de partout linge de lit unique pas de change, placards sal et vous y trouverez des clim ou chauffage ou aspirateurs.canapé délavé et degoutant, et les sanitaires bouché tout le long du séjour donc l'eau qui stagne, lorsque le gardien est passé voir il m'a dit que sa necessite une intervention du plombier mais il n'est jamais venu. Nous avons passé 4 jours à se lever avec de l'eau froide (bébés et enfants étaient avec nous) le gestionnaire ne repondait pas, puis en contactant le propriétaire le gardien vient nous changer la bonbonne de gaz. A ce propos vous serez épié par le gardien, vous ne devez faire un bruit ni même rentré directement de la plage, il faut respecter une bonne liste de règles communes autre que la généralité. Vous ne pouvez-même pour des enfants- remonté torse nu de la plage qui se trouve en bas. Gare à vous si vous avez un peu de sable où une algue qui traine, le gardien vous le fera savoir des le premier jour. En gros vous ne vous sentirez jamais à l'aise. D'autres details sont venu pourrir ce séjour catastrophique (kit de nettoyage cassé donc nous n'avons pas pu nettoyer l'appartement comme on le souhaité lors de notre séjour. Et surprise Finale, vous receverez une facture aditionnelle en fin de séjour !!!!le propriétaire est très culotté ! Il a osé nous facturer de l'eau, du wifi, de l'électricité (attention pour 8 personnes c'est tres réduit, vu qu'on passe notre temps a la mer et qu'on a pas branché les clim, on a just allumé les lumières et chargé des téléphones !) Et même des FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE! CULOTTÉ vraiment. Il dit que nous avons pas descendu les poubelles alors que si, nous avons fait la vaisselle et même lavé les serviette mais pas le sol, nous allions certainement pas vous racheté un seau de nettoyage. En finale, hôte radin, qui croyez moi ne depense rien sur sa propriété vu que vous payez l'électricité, l'eau, le wifi et meme le ménage finale, oubliez les photos que vous voyez, tout est désuet et vieux, il faut vraiment pas être regardant pour passer un moyen séjour. Fuyez c'est mon seul conseil, il y a beaucoup de logement dans la meme rue avec un tout autre standing et au même tarif, voir moins cher.

Muy bonita la vista, primera línea de playa, el edificio y el piso un poco viejo, los baños limpios pero antiguos sin papel de repuesto, habitaciones limpias pero la ropa de cama un poco descuidada, la cocina equipada con todo y limpia, tiene una biblioteca con libros muy buenos y el mobiliario en general usado y con detalles, asumimos la exposición a las sales Del Mar. Nos dieron varios juegos de llaves lo cual está muy bien, recomamos colocar nuevas fotos del piso puesto que no como se muestra en las fotos, sobre todo en la decoración, en general por el Precio y la vista es un piso aceptable para pasar unos días en Altea, agregando las recomendaciones dadas sería sin duda un piso fantástico.

We have had again a splendid time in this apartment in Altea

And were happily surprised by the new wooden floor and the renovated bathrooms . This made our stay extra comfortable. The spacious apartment is becoming more and more beautifull and convenient to stay in. Once again : recommended !
