Dans un domaine privé, à proximité du village de Mougins (3mn en voiture), villa d’environ 250m2 composée comme suit :

- Au rez-de-chaussée : un grand salon avec vue dégagée, un autre salon de détente, une grande cuisine séparée toute équipée. Un hall d'entrée spacieux avec toilettes invités. Une grande chambre avec vue sur le jardin et salle de douche avec wc.
Toujours à ce niveau à l’extérieur se trouve une grande terrasse, un espace pour les repas et un jacuzzi.

- Au premier étage : deux chambres en suite dont une avec une terrasse avec vue mer, équipées de rangements avec salle de douche et wc.

- Au rez-de-jardin : un appartement indépendant relié par un escalier intérieur avec salon , petite cuisine, 2 chambres (communicantes) donnant sur le jardin avec salle de douche et wc.

TV – Connexion internet privée et sécurisée - Piscine (12m x 4m) - Terrain de boules - Climatisation dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon principal.

A wonderful stay!

We stayed in this beautiful and elegant villa for two weeks. The villa is situated in a quiet area and was in great condition both inside and outside. The view is magnificent and the garden and pool area is very nice. Close to shops, restaurants, Cannes and the ocean this is a top choice for a vacation on the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended and will come back! 5 stars also for the superb service from EPS concierge and real estate.
