About this property

1/2 Mile to Town, Fully-Remodeled, Top-Floor Condo in Downtown Winter Park!

We are open to long-term rentals! Please inquire if you are interested in hearing about our monthly or extended term rates!

Welcome to our mountain ski home! We have lovingly remodeled the entire condo with new finishes including the kitchen & appliances, two remodeled bathrooms, and all new furniture.

It is the perfect set-up for two families, with two king-bed bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 7.

We have amenities for kids including books, a high chair, a bunk room, pack-and-play, and a kids table. Kids (and adults!) will also love the hot tub and heated pool at the clubhouse.

Accessibility is key- downtown is a 1/2 mile walk, the bus stop is steps away, and the bike trail is across the street!

We know that you will love our mountain home as much as we do.

Quiet and Comfortable

We enjoyed the Espresso Machine, the convenience of immediate hot water faucet for our tea and really comfy beds and pillows. Wonderful stay in a great condo. Thank you!

Nice kitchen and bath upgrades. They have definitely maximized the living space. Great location on bus route. Loved the view off the back deck-very mountain wonderland with the snow! Need to improve kitchen: cookware and knives-they were falling apart. Coffeemaker did not have the full ability - no frothing/steaming boo! Would be nice to have a few things like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, some spices - have just become accustomed to them in other condos we have rented.

Mark and Abby Ballard live in Golden, CO with their three children (all under 5 YO!) and their two Golden Retrievers. We love all of the activities that Colorado has to offer including hiking, rafting, fishing, cycling, and running in the summer as well as skiing in the winter.

Why they chose this property

Winter Park, Colorado is the perfect family friendly mountain town. From Winter Park, you have easy access to a world-class ski resort as well as Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and rafting on the Colorado River. Once you get to the condo, you are a short walk to downtown Winter Park for shopping, restaurants, and free concerts/ festivals in Hideaway Park. The Fraser River bike path is right across the street and offers miles and miles of path to run or cycle. There are also hiking trails and a disc golf course right outside of the condo building. We hope you enjoy our home-away-from-home as much as we have enjoyed it!

What makes this property unique

We love being walking distance from both bike and hiking trails, and downtown Winter Park. Accessibility and walkability is key when working with our three kids under 5 YO!
