This updated spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo features spectacular views of the slopes from all three bedrooms as well as the living room. This Riverside condo comfortably sleeps 10. This unit boasts all the modern amenities you could want while still retaining its true mountain charm. The large kitchen with island has all of the necessities you will need to make a delicious meal. There won't be any fighting over remotes in this condo; it has two separate living rooms each with their own large flat screen TVs. Plus there are additional flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms.

The bed arrangements are as follows: Primary bedroom king with en-suite bath, 2nd bedroom full bunkbed + trundle and an extra queen bed with en-suite bathroom, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full bath across the hall.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Take in the fresh mountain air as you sit outside on the deck and take in the mountain slope side views of the skiers and bikers as they come down the mountain. For your convenience and especially handy for extended stays, there is a washer and dryer located in the condo. Free Wi-Fi

This unit is located right at the base of Winter Park Resort. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge features four outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, ski lockers, heated underground parking, onsite ski shop, and restaurants and shopping. The ice skating rink, tubing hill, and Fraser River trail are all less than a 5 minute walk. This Unit is located on 5th floor in Riverside building - and has some of the best views to the slopes / the base area. Make this condo your escape and home away from home!

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Higher rates may occur on Saturday to Saturday reservations.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day).

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.
