Extraordinary totally renovated ski-in/ski-out 3 bed / 3 bath condo at the base of Winter Park Resort. This property is not to be missed as there isn't a better location to have you on mountain while enjoying all the amenities of staying at the base in this newly renovated condo in Zephyr Mountain Lodge. You will feel right at home from the moment you step inside this stunning condo with custom modern stone / tile work, wide plank flooring, elegant modern kitchen featuring high end stainless steel appliances. No stone was left unturned.

This condo is situated on the seventh floor with breathtaking mountain and pond (ice skating rink in winter) views. The kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances quartz counters, beautiful custom tile work, and a large island bar. The kitchen opens to the grand living room and dining room. The living room features a brand new 55 inch 4K smart TV, a large custom gas fireplace and expansive windows which highlight the amazing mountain views and offer plenty of natural light. Enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends around the large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests.

This condo features 3 beds and 3 baths and can sleep 10 guests. The layout is very functional for two families to enjoy. There's two primary suites feature king beds each with en-suite bathrooms, third room has two bunk beds, all single bed and restroom just across. If needed, the living room has a pullout sofa for additional guests. This condo's location could not be more perfect, with the new Zephyr gondola, ice skating rink (winter), tubing hill (winter), Starbucks, and great restaurants and shops just steps away!

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For your convenience and especially handy for extended stays, there is a washer and dryer located in the condo. Free Wi-Fi.

The Zephyr Mountain Lodge features four outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, ski lockers, heated underground parking, onsite ski shop, and restaurants and shopping. The ice skating rink, tubing hill, and Fraser River trail are all less than a 5 minute walk. This Unit is located on 7th floor in Riverside Building - and has some of the best views to the slopes / the base area. Make this condo your escape and home away from home!

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Great location & views, but unit needs some attention
We have stayed in many different Zephyr Lodge units and the location and ski in-out convenience is wonderful. This penthouse unit has a great layout and was very comfortable for 4 adults. Views were beautiful. Kitchen was well furnished and spacious for cooking, but several things were lacking for a high end penthouse unit. Coffee maker was cheap, toaster handle was missing, salt & pepper grinders did not work, lacking a decent cutlery set for food prep, and fridge has no ice maker ( just two old ice trays). An ice maker is expected of a unit that advertises upscale appliances, especially when there is no ice machine provided in the entire building and the mercantile sells out of ice on weekends. The sofa and loveseat cushions were were terribly worn and uncomfortable, stuffing coming out of tear in back cushion of loveseat. For a unit of this size and cost, the lack of quality and comfortable LR furniture was very disappointing. This issue deserves the most attention of the various deficiencies mentioned. Except for the master bedroom toilet, the other two toilets did not flush well. They could barely flush any waste material. Plungers were provided but that did not help. This should be evaluated to determine problem. Neither hot tub at this building were operable during our entire stay. A bit inconvenient to go to the other building hot tubs. In general, this penthouse unit had many good things to offer a nice stay and all bedrooms were comfortable with updated baths.
