Lakeview Luxury Cottage on Stoney Lake, 30 minutes to Lakefield and 45 minutes outside of Peterborough.

Lakeview Luxury Cottage is located on a quiet bay (Young Bay) on Stoney Lake. Deep water swimming off the end of the dock. Calm water for kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing/tubing.

An executive 4 season cottage/home with exceptional features and high- end amenities suited perfect for summer long seasonal rental. This property provides both luxury and comfort on all 4 levels.

Upper Level, open concept living. Chef's kitchen with modern amenities, fully stocked kitchen (cutlery, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, Keurig coffee). Dining area has expandable dining table to comfortably seat 12. Living area with propane fireplace, 65" TV, cozy seating. Dedicated office space with desk, chair and printer, along with queen murphy bed with memory foam mattress and 3 piece bath. Upper deck with easterly views of Stoney Lake.

Bedroom Level, primary suite with queen bed, TV, mini fridge and coffee maker, 3 piece ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Primary suite has private walkout patio with un-obstructed views of Stony Lake. Additional 3 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, closets and TV's. All linens, towels and beach towels provided.

Recreation Level, fun games room. Spend quality family time playing board games, Ms. Pacman table top game, PS5 or watching a movie on 75" TV. Large patio doors with access to deck for outdoor dining, lounge chairs and propane fire pit.

Workout Level, weight machine, treadmill, Echelon Stationary Bike, yoga mats, Daybed with twin mattress and twin trundle (sleeps 2)

Docks -- 2 docks with deep water swimming, fishing and boating, 2 SUP, float noodles, boogie boards, Lily Pad (6’x20’).

Our stay was a dream! Huge windows at the property which oversee the lake views, lake was deep and perfect for swimming, house was spacious and had lots of room for our group. I can't wait to go back - would highly recommend.

Our family of six had a truly wonderful 9 day stay at this beautiful cottage! The hosts were so lovely, and came to meet us in person upon check in, and walked us through the property. The cottage has very high end finishes, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The bedrooms were so comfortable, with every possible attention to detail thought out and left for us.The cottage has several different distinct living areas that allow for everyone to have privacy, if desired. There is a comfy sitting area off of the open concept kitchen, and a very large family room with huge couches and ample seating for family movie or game nights. The view from each of the three decks is spectacular! Swimming is terrific and the water off the dock is deep and clean, in the very quiet cove of Stoney. We haven't had a lot of experience in renting a home, but this experience truly exceeded our expectations. The cottage is larger and even more lovely than the photos online have captured. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home, with it's gracious hosts. We will be back next summer! Many thanks for sharing your stunning cottage with us!

What a wonderful escape! The property is absolutely beautiful with luxury finishes throughout. Everything was spotless clean and functioned perfectly. The swimming from the dock is incredible! We will definitely be going back!

The property was like a 5-star hotel in terms of luxury. The place was spotless. There were top of the line appliances in a well-provisioned kitchen. Very comfortable beds with beautiful linens and towels. Gorgeous views from the lovely decks. We enjoyed the waterfront -- lovely to sit in the shade of the big umbrella watching the family enjoying the water. The water is very clear and great for swimming.

Fantastic hosts and beautiful place

We have never had hosts like Jennifer and Ray. They walked us thru their home, were very responsive, they replenished an item we were looking for, and helped us when we encountered an issue with our kayak rentals. Relaxing

The hosts were very attentive and helpful. You could tell that they had put a lot of thought into making your stay welcoming. Our kids loved the complimentary snacks that were provided and we appreciated that complimentary water and Keurig pods that were provided - thank you!! The house is exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful views and we really enjoyed the dock area. Having access to the paddle boards, lily pad, etc was a bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

5-Star resort feel in the private setting of a cottage!

A beautiful cottage on the stunning shores of Stoney Lake. Our family of 4 (plus Grandma!) had a wonderful stay at this cottage that had everything we wanted or needed. The hosts were exceptional and were always willing to answer any of our questions (as well as provided many options for “things to see/do” in the area). We really couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. A must for any family (or two)!!!

Incredible Weekend on Stoney!

A gorgeous property with incredible views. 2 families with teenagers and we were all totally comfortable. Lots of space, very clean and everything you need for your stay. Incredible hosts too! We had a great time.
