Our apartment is centrally located station on the place of caskets in the Grandes Rousses, connected to Alpe d'Huez

The ski departure is 30 m (crossing instead of caskets) and the return is "ski foot".

It is in a small south-facing building with direct views of the mountains of boxes and meige.
It is close to shops.

It is duplex (55m²) and consists of 4 parts:
Level 0: living room (convertible sofa bed) - American kitchen, balcony, bathroom, separate WC
level 1 :
1 bedroom 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed
1 large cabin: 2 single beds
1 large cabin: 1 double bed

No pets allowed.

The keys are received by mail before the rental period and must be returned to the owner on from renting.

A telephone contact is required at time of booking.

Important: The full cleaning before departure is requested to leave the apartment perfectly clean for the next renters.

You must bring your own sheets and towels. Each bed has a protective netting that remains on the bed

Rules:
- For reasons of hygiene and respect for the next tenants, pets are not allowed in the rental. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

- Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live the "prudent man" and maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any complaint arising for more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises, will be admitted. Repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact the customer or his family.

- The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as in the description below. If applicable, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee to his departure, the price of cleaning the leased premises (fixed in 90 euros), the total value at replacement prices of objects, movable or materials broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and those whose wear would exceed the normal for the duration of the lease, the price of cleaning dirty blankets made, compensation for damage of any kind on the curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, carpet, windows, bedding, etc. ...
